While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

SCAm

The payment process for premium account is complicated, it sends you to a link for making a small payment using Paypal (0,01€), afterwards they send a new link to make the real payment using credit card. They answer your questions until payment is done and afterwards they disappear with your maney as no coupon in sent to you. This is made through what they call a "Reseller". Contacting Rapidgator they say it is Resellers's problem and never answer your queries anymore. Definitively it is a SCAM. Just hope they don't steal Credit Card numbers as well. ¡Avoid this server!

This site is to be avoided at all…costs

This site is to be avoided at all costs, they have a reoccurring subscription service in the small print and will refuse to refund you. There customer service is terrible, they have absolutely no empathy towards there customers, they are only about making money. Do not give them your debit card details, unless you want to be lose money.

Happy Rapidgator user

I have used Rapidgator for over 2 years now, having previously used Uploaded. It seems to keep files longer (which is very useful) and I have had no notable problems with the service. I can see myself renewing again. The support has always come back within 24-48 hrs max.

Bunch of con artists

Bunch of con artists! Be aware of their "Subscription" stint.
When you sign up for their 30-day account, you may be charged continuously each month, just because of their shady small print!

Rapidgator improved... how long??

Since I made a series complaints to Rapidgator (RG) for over 6 months & published with Trustpilot, RG has significantly improved in the last 2 weeks (today 18/9/2018)... For how long????. I wish RG would be as reliable & trustworthy as it was 3 years ago.. Keep good work RG.
PS: Unless Kogan honestly improves its service & promises. I will not recommend Kogan for my clients and friends, even they could save tens of dollars. It is NOT worth to mental tortures....
