(Although the time taken to procure the base stone was a little longer than expected, it was well worth the wait.) Thank you Ransome Memorials.

I was given this telephone number not knowing what to expect, Chris was very clear about what he could do and he was very helpful, the whole process was quick and painless and my mothers memorial stone was in place within a week of me placing the order. At the same time my father’s stone was refurbished so that the two stones looked good side by side. It was really helpful going straight to the stone mason without the need to go through the funeral parlour.

my Grandparents and Mom's memorial. It had
been forty years since it had been cleaned. They
also repaired the stonework, existing letters and

Just wow wow .. we as a family are so pleased and comforted with the expert work carried out on an existing headstone… to have our parents names added after the interment of their ashes of our grandmothers grave . I only dealt with Chris Ransome by email and a few phone calls .. He made everything straight forward for our family .. It would have been a great pleasure to have met him personally but distance didn’t allow .. just to shake his hand for his first class work .. I cried after seeing the photo with our parents names set in stone .

I recently had call to employ the services of family run Ransome Memorials, to update my parent’s headstone.
Throughout the process the company were most helpful, attentive and professional.
The headstone was carefully prepared with the exact font being used in the update lettering. The plinth and footing were given the same attention to detail and the whole structure looks very precise and professionally constructed.
