Bought two accounts one for me one for my friend played duo to masters and when i got gm got permabanned for botted acc after 2 MONTHS of buying it.Emailed RIOT GAMES immediately knowing this account was handleveled and my ban was for false reason.They replied to me saying it was botted so I lost my 600 lp account for this. Also spend 15 euros on this acc knowing it wont get banned.Emailed rankedkings about my lost acc and they said there is 0.6% chance of getting banned , but on the site they say it's reliable and you will not get banned. Anyway 2 stars for immediately refunding my banned account with another one. Would not buy one again.

Kindly note that we don't advertise our accounts as hand-leveled. And we are always clear about the leveling method & ban chance when asked about it.
The ban chance is 0.4%. It's 1 banned account every 250 sold. Very, very unlikely. But it can happen.
Still, your experience is valid. And it indeed sounds very unfortunate. I'll be getting in touch with you so that we can refund your initial purchase in full. That's on top of the replacement.

Recently, Riot adjusted the placement system yet again. Now, it's normal for fresh accounts to be placed in Silver during placements.
But this has nothing to do with our accounts. They are still brand new, with no normal/ranked games ever played.

Ranked/normal games have never been played on the accounts. The rank you get depends solely on the state of the League's placement system.
