I've been using Rankacy for a while. It's an amazing site. Staff can take a joke and the updates are always made for the users not randomly. Plenty of times we can community vote too.

Rankacy is, in my opinion, one of the best websites to get detailed statistics on your CS2 matches and tracking your progress over time. You can get personalized advice from their AI Bob and create high-quality highlights of your best moments (or fails). You also get free access to a training zone with lots of scenarios that will help you improve. The website is frequently updated with new features (unlike CS2) and you can meet and chat with the developers on Discord (they're amazing people, don't believe what the other guy says). Definitely worth your time.

if you want to get disrespect, their discord is your "go to place"
i saw someguy on discord, getting disrespect for asking a question. why would you do that, i mean the guy literally asking nicely and some admin decide to use sarcasm to answer the guy. -rep. hope you guys change how u act before anwering some random guy like that. new guy who doesnt understand to use it, yet our community answer it in a bad way
first time on a different platform, ofc we dont know something or the basic of the system. Got the promo code and wanna try, seems something wrong with system, i ask on discord, the admin reply full of sarcasm. i was new to this, you gotta be atleast be friendly with your online costumers not just mock them for not knowing the system. i am not use to review like this, but sometimes it needed to teach you guys that even a new guy like me need some respect to try your product.

Used promocode ezmonth, still did not get 30 days + 7 as advertized, only 7 days before next billing and the needed card details for signing up.
Support is through discord only, but they are fast and friendly to reply.
I played their training map and it was just ok. I thought it would give real-time feedback on peek-time to kill as cs2kitchen had in his youtube video, but it didn't. Also didn't find it good for counter-strafing training as you don't spawn in a spot with cover. If the training map was a one time buy, I would have bought it if the price was right, but it definitely isn't a reason for anyone to subscribe to rankacy. Overall not recommended.
I cancelled the subscription. Decided to delete my account, but couldn't. No option for this. This last one is especially a red flag for me. Should be fixed so number of users aren't inflated and people safely can leave with their data if they want to.

Promocode: The promocode has been successfully used by hundreds of users without any issue. In your case, we tried to resolve the situation individually by asking for your account details, but without them we couldn’t check what exactly went wrong. The code itself works, but unfortunately we weren’t able to verify it on your account. :(
Support: Our support is primarily on Discord because it allows us to reply instantly. Our team responded within minutes and tried to resolve the issue, but we didn’t receive the necessary details from you to complete the check (as written above). Training app: Our training map is currently in open alpha – which means it’s not the final product and features are still being tested and adjusted. Earlier versions (like in videos from influencers) probably included advanced functions like peek-time feedback or counter-strafing scenarios, but since then we’ve rebuilt the system and moved it onto a dedicated server for better stability. That temporarily reduced some features, but this also allows us to expand the map with more reliable, real-time functionality in the next updates.
Account deletion: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, account and data deletion is possible anytime by emailing info@rankacy.com. We process these requests without delay.
