The 6000 version BURN AND TASTE ABSOLUTELY awful after just one or two usages. Money thrown put in vain.
Their customer service is nowhere to be found. They just don't reply to any emails. Beware!!!

The vapes were cheap and got shipped quickly, shipping took a while but that was expected as free shipping from china is never fast but the vapes i was sold were both over 4 years old and expired rendering them unenjoyable

I ordered a vape from there in january or february, yet it never came. I ordered it and it was on the way, but suddenly it got sent back to where it came from. The customer service is nice and they do help, but they do not give refunds. Thats why im disappointed

On December 1, 2023, I ordered several pieces of electric cigarettes. Today is March 29th. the cigarettes did not arrive. after contacting and asking for a refund, I received an answer that they could send me extra pieces with my next order?! I want to get money. after all, I've already stopped smoking, so let him put in those extra pieces... I don't recommend it and don't order anything from them... They got 300 euros for free.

They never sent my order, sent tracking number and it never left china, been over 2 months. They reply to emails by saying call Australia post. Randm store is a scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM, HIS NAME IS SUPPOSEDLY JACK XIE, HE STEALS YOUR MONEY. LUCKY FOR ME I USED A ONE USE VISA CARD FROM ZIP SO HE DOESNT HAVE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever tried to buy from… over 2 months now and still haven’t gotten my order… the customer support team is a joke. They just give me the runaround and say it’s on the way and my tracking says it was sent back to them. DONT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!! I had to dispute my purchase with my bank to get my money back… Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!

be aware of credit card charges. took over a month to get product but charged me twice on my credit card. no customer service so i had to get my credit card involved to get a refund.

Never got the order... and just getting a small talk when I point out my missing order.

Live tracking 64 days in and no movement since 18/10-2023

I ordered from this scam of a company over two months ago and have not received my order , have contacted them about 10 times and still they refuse to return my money, they just employ delay tactics and say it will arrive. RANDM IS A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM. I would not be surprised if they miss-use our banking data also because if they are this blatantly stealing people money they are capable of anything. STAY AWAY. September I ordered from them.

Now they just say my post Office have it. But no.

They are fake they all are just thug even if you do COD you need to pay before you get the box in hand and they will send nail polish which is not even worth of 5 Rs and will take your hard earn money so please do not buy anything from here

Did not receive any goods, already 30 days in transit. After 5 emails they responded and said to ship another parcel. Also still not received.

Looks like it is a scam.

First time sent but very long delivery! Second time in over 3 months! But he didn't get it!In the end, I never received anything, although I sent the money.I wrote letters to them but did not receive answers. So this is a pure lottery.

Made a mistake with my order and then ignored all 4 of my email requests to ask for a resolution.

ZERO customer service and bad ethics

Products are ok. The delivery time is something else, 1 month it took to deliver. I know they wright 10-20 workdays, if you read the orderconfimation. But if i order at other companies from over there, it normaly takes, at the most, 14 days.

Order 13 10.000 puff e cigaret. Got 5 of them 3 weeks later. And the rest i have never seen. And i order in december

This was the second time i ordered from this website but this time i got no Order confirmation or order number! i thought i got fraud! i tried contact support and that was worthless, No answers!
but yesterday the package did show up after a month wait!
theirs estimated delivery is 7-15 day worldwide that is not correct! it took me a Month!
But im glad it showd up!

I ordered vapes but i didnt even recieve the automatic Order Number e-mail. They don't answer the mail either...
