No customer service
I placed an order during the VIP early access sale, which apparently didn’t include all items included in the public birthday sale, and grossly overpaid for certain items. Upon requesting to cancel my order, I was told that they were unable to do so because of their “quick processing and shipping times”. The order was placed on Sunday, April 12 and is still unfulfilled and hasn’t shipped. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent and if you do manage to get an email or response back, it’s a very generic copy and paste response. As a long time customer, I’ll no longer be supporting them since they evidently don’t care about their customers or the environment. Not sure how sustainable it is to ship me an order I no longer want or need only for me to have to ship it back and have over $200 tied up for several weeks (in this economy?) before receiving a refund. Seriously, go purchase your hair care elsewhere.
