Bought a large multi coloured cardigan, once arrived it was just a cheap china import and only suitable for a size 8-10 as I tried it on my daughter. Would not recommend this seller
I ordered shoes which were advertised as "patent leather". (Heidi's luxury leather women's moccasins) Of course, they looked great in the photos. What I received was a pair of rubbery plastic shoes....nothing like the elegant shoes in the photos! I don't understand how you can state that an item is patent leather when it's 100% plastic! I would be embarrassed to wear these cheap, plastic shoes but, additionally, I'm a standard size 39 and they're snug. I contacted them and did get an immediate response but returning them to China at my own cost is pricey and a risk as I can't trust them to return the money. I've been scammed again by an online company which presents their products very misleadingly!!
Exchange or returns are impossible .. merchandise has to be shipped back to China on the expense of the client .. only if Chinese company confirms the return (almost impossible) you might get back your money.
