Spare Yourself A Horrible Experience
One of the worst online purchase experiences and customer services encounters that I've ever had. Company sends tons of unsolicited emails to me, but does not communicate whatsoever about my purchase and the delivery of that purchase. Customer service ignored multiple inquires and when they did answer they were curt, rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. I was lied to about promised "express shipping" and charged a fee for that shipping that did not occur in the quoted timeframe (1-3 business days). I inquired multiple times about this and received no response and no refund. I would recommend going anywhere else.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry you feel your first experience with us was disappointing. We’d like to clarify the verified timeline and address the concerns raised so the record is accurate.
Your order was placed on Wednesday, Nov 26, after our daily shipping cut-off. The following day, Thursday, Nov 27, was Thanksgiving, so both our warehouse and USPS were closed and no parcels could be processed. Your order was therefore dispatched and handed to USPS on Friday, Nov 28, in line with our policy to ship within one business day of the next available working day.
USPS then did not scan the parcel until Monday, Dec 1, which is a carrier-side processing delay typical of the Thanksgiving/Black Friday volume spike. Tracking only updates once the courier completes those internal scans, and this part of the process is outside our control. After the first scan, tracking progressed normally with delivery scheduled for Friday, Dec 5.
On communication, the claim that you were ignored isn’t accurate. Your emails were handled within our stated 24-hour response window, and the support thread shows active replies throughout business hours. Messages sent later in the day were responded to in sequence the next business day, especially given the Black Friday surge. While we don’t provide 24/7 minute-by-minute coverage, we do meet our one-business-day response standard, and that was met here. Having said the above, we always want our customers to have a positive first experience, so we're truly sorry that you feel your expectations weren't met here. But as confirmed, your package was shipped on time; however, unfortunately, there was a carrier-related delay of 1 day, and your messages were responded to within 1 business day.
