They sent wrong style towel without a complete understanding of what we wanted. When I called and spoke to someone named Mark, he claimed he was part owner and that gave him the right to say anything to me. This company is trash and not only will I never use them but I'll boycott them and let the world know how an owner feels they can talk to clients. F RATING.

I needed rally towels created and delivered fast and rallytowels.com delivered! They were responsive from my very first online question. Provided me with a proof within an hour and were so very helpful along the way. I was nervous about receiving my order in time and I received it early!!! I highly recommend.

We stressed how important the size of our towels were and were assured there would be no problem, and that they’d be the best quality material. It was a large order and we received an invoice that reflected the size and quality we wanted and felt satisfied using ACH for a discount instead of using a credit card.

Then we received towels that were 20% larger then what we ordered, and shoddy quality. We asked how it could be fixed and talked to the owner Jonas Partovi who admitted that they used what was left over from another customer’s order.

Later, the owner stated in an email that “custom orders can’t be warranted or refunded whatsoever.” Yes, even if they make a mistake they won’t stand behind their product. Whatsoever.

Unfortunately, we had paid with ACH so Rally Towels had our money and is refusing to give it back. The towels are useless to us and we found Rally Towels way of doing business reprehensible. If you pay, use PayPal or a credit card so you at least have some recourse. Not recommended. Whatsoever.

Another vendor dropped the ball and Jonas from Rallytowels came through! We needed 5000 custom towels for a high school playoff game in 2 days delivered to Austin, TX. Not only did they make it happen we won't the game and need 5000 more on another rush order. They got those delivered also! great job!

Jonas was amazing to work with. I was provided with the art proof within a half hour of our initial conversation. Our "Rally Towels" were shipped from California to New Hampshire and we received them in less than 24 hours. The quality is excellent and the picture on the towel is amazing. I will absolutely use this company in the future! Give them a try......you won't be disappointed! :)

Wow. We had another vendor drop the ball on a large order of 4,000 custom towels. I got on the phone and started calling companies I located on google. Spoke with Jonas he stated he can guarantee delivery in time with an order in hand today.We received as mock up in 5 minutes after sending artwork and they shipped out 4000 pieces the NEXT DAY that we received in time for our game. Thank you RallyTowels! We wlll definitely be using you again :)

Company was given to me by a referral from a past client who said they did a pretty good job.
1. We placed the order 45 days before we needed.
2. We sent them the confirmation approval to start the work with email verification.
3. We did not hear back from them for almost two weeks when I initiated contact asking for status.
4. I was told our order approval was in SPAM folder even though we had been communicating several times before that.
5. They wanted to rush the order and get it to the agreed upon date, charge ME a rush fee and $150 in rush shipping when it wasn't even our fault.
6. I told them I did not need them in two days because I had build a pad in the order delivery and a week would be fine.
7. They still charged a rush fee, but lower and a ton of shipping. Almost $60 for a box that should have cost about $20 to ship per FEDEX guidelines.
8. Received the towels and I did not think they were even the velour towel agreed upon but after asking several people they agreed it was indeed A type of velour but extremely poor quality.
9. With so many options of companies out there I would not risk working with them again for average to poor quality and service. Just not worth it ... What ever the price is. Sorry to say. Go somewhere else.

Jonas was awesome to work with and went above and beyond to get my rush order to me even sooner than expected! The quality of the towels were great and he was fun to talk to, making the whole ordering process easy and seamless. He even checked in to see if I received the order - so nice. I absolutely recommend ordering from Rally Towels!

Was blown away by the service provided by RallyTowels.com! They were attentive to our purchase, moved quickly, and our shipment even arrived a day early! Will definitely do business with them again given the opportunity!

We ordered 50 towels for a company event, and I washed one and the color faded very noticeable after 1 wash! I didn't expect them to last forever given the price, however I did expect the color to last at least a handful of washes before it looked like an old worn out towel.

So turns out NOT a good price for a one-time use!

I had a great experience with Rally Towels. I got what I paid for, it was shipped timely and was of good quality.

I was hesitant about using their services at first because it seemed fishy. You couldn't place an order online and instead put you in contact with an individual through email who you're sending payment to. Then you can't find anything about them online or through BBB. I almost didn't use them because of this, but I'm glad I did. And I plan on using them again.

The quality of the towels and the quality of the printing were both really good. I had to expedite the order to make sure I received them before the season opener, and I received them right on time! I also had to speak with a representative on the phone regarding the order, and they were very courteous and answered all of my questions.

Towels feel great and hold up. Writing fades after a few washes but they warned that would happen. All in all, I would buy again
