8 days later, support has not resolved login issue

I am unable to log into my account and do own a couple NFTs as well as $RLY on this platform. It's been 8 days now and when messaging support, I'm only receiving a "we're working on it" email. There is no explanation of what exactly they're working on. It's hard to believe I'm the first person who is having trouble logging into their account. Not only is it bad customer service, it's putting their company into a shady spotlight.

Rally.io are scammers

Rally.io is an extremely deceptive website which use misleading practices.

I initially registered and was hoping to acrew some rewards. It quickly became apparent to me that you have to go through a long winded process of converting your rewards into their token which is called $RLY

What they don't tell you is that you can only convert the $RLY token into $ETH

Depositing the $ETH into an account requires gas fees.

These details are intentionally obscured from the customer when they register.

I was told by a member of staff that I could send the $RLY to coinbase in order to exchange it back into FIAT. However they charge $ETH fees. Either way, I've lost a substantial portion of my money.

Nothing about this website is clear and unfortunately I am not the only customer who has been scammed by rally.io

I contacted the support email but never heard anything back leading me to believe that this is a fraudulent business which exploit their customers.

I just want my money back.
