Sorry to hear about a change of Krishan Rakhi without your permit. We know we were out of stock some rakhi on rush time, and we have to replace some rakhis. We tried our best to call as many customers as we can to notify them. Why we have to do that as our priority was to make sure your rakhi reach on time.

I would like to Rate this site all 5 star because of a reason behind what happened was it was my nieces First rakhi Coming for my son and my brother sent it on the wrong address do anyhow I could not get it I reached out to Rakesh from rakhi . Com and he updated address and asked me to check with AU post when I called them they said it sent back to the sender because of the wrong address. I called him back and told him the story then without saying yes no he said that rakhi will take ages to come back and we will send new for you tell me the correct address and today I received the rakhi thanks you Rakesh and the whole team you understood the feelings. You guys are doing a great. Happy Rakhi to everyone
