huge selection
The selection of the products is vast and can satisfy everyone.
Communication in email and phone are fast and very nice!
Prices-specs are not all updated and there is a small gap between accounting and delivery affecting agreements by email communication, but they are fast to fix
Box cutters ordered along, are still delayed, unfortunately.

Thank you for your honest review on our service. I understand you had an unlucky series of incidents which was topped by an invoice sent too early. (Before we managed to clean up :) ) We have taken this internally with our customer service and accounting - and hopefully we will sort this out better should it happen again.
