No customer service, zip zero non.

If you want any customer service, don’t try to find it in Rajala Pro Shop.
They will sell you an overprised camera or objective but may God help you if you need any after sales service.
You get more if you buy your equiment from nearest street corner.
This evaluation is based on three different encounters with Rajala Pro Shop. There will not be the fourth.

Shop with scam prices

Shop with scam prices, like 3 and half times or more. Just today bought sd card for 69 euros. Then learnt that exactly same sd card in other shops available in price range of 19 to 24 euros. Sales person refused return due to opened box understandably. Of course its my own mistake too to not check it beforehand. But still

Worst camera store in Finland

Worst camera store in Finland. The staff act like zombies they look not happy when u ask them for help they are not interested at all. For the service is outdated returned your product u not welcome. They avoid everything to get your money back.

No I not come back at that store there a lot camera stores in Finland that have good customer services RAJALA PRO please remove the Pro.

Bad experience

Bad experience, I bought two lenses on offer and paid online, early Saturday morning. The following Monday, Rajala customer service phoned me and canceled one of the two orders telling that one of the lenses is not available. Same Monday I go to the store to pick up the other lens, and it was not the model I’ve paid for, and that also was not available. In conclusion, a waste of time and I got my money back, but the awful feeling was they couldn’t care less.

Good service, but missing info about returns.

When you buy from them online, they don't send information about how to send it back if you want to cancel your purchase.
The rules are clear, if they haven't informed you on your right to return AND how to do it, you have automatically extended your right to return from two weeks to one year.

Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority:
"Extension of cancellation period
The consumer’s right to cancel a purchase is extended by 12 months from the end of the ordinary cancellation period if the consumer was not informed of the terms related to the cancellation right. If the lack of information is corrected by the vendor, the cancellation period will end 14 days after the date on which the consumer received the corrected information."

BAD SERVICE!

Got my new toy, i am happy with it until i found out that they sent the wrong cord along with it, which don't fit and work in my phone. Had informed their customer service about the issue hoping to get a replacement with the correct one but instead of replacing it they had advised me to purchase another one to get the right cord. This is just a very bad experience for me and very bad customer sevice! Way disappointing!
