Absolute Sharks!!!! Shameful company!
Absolute Sharks!!!!! Their mask is a generic product that does not fit anyone who has a nose. They acknowledged this is a problem, in writing, but still market it anyway with no warning.
Hurt the bridge of my nose, (not just mine by the way) heating/steam didn't work properly and instructions in their box vs their website is completely contradictory. One says only use distilled water and the other says never do that only use tap water.
The company acknowledged all of this and offered me half my money back - I argued this pointing out they are aware of all of these problems and said I'd make rather make use of their promise to to pay all money back no questions asked and return their mask. They then offered 75% back (even they don't want this useless contraption) and I gave in an accepted.
Not only have I not received the refund, they have not responded to any of my emails since. To me - this is stealing!!!
