The Fisherman Beanies are a great fit. Although they are one size fits all, they are made from a stretchy fabric that expands to fit your particular head size. I'm bald and dont like scratchy fabrics, but these are made from a really soft and comfortable material. I like them so much that I have bought 6 in total so far in different colours.
All orders arrived in 3 days which is standard when shipping from Europe to the UK. Cant speak on customer service or returns as I haven't needed it. Based on my experience so far, I'd recommend the Fisherman Beanies.

The beanie hats themselves are ok. Not the best but certainly not the worst. But at almost £30 I would expect better. The issue however, if the refund policy, they expect you to send them item back tracked to the Netherlands and fromthe UK thats roughly about £8.50. So they expect you to pay almost 30% of your own money to return an item you wernt satifiued with. I think this isnt a great way to do business.

Here's a synopsis of my interaction with Raised By Society: I placed an order on December 26, received order confirmation that said: "Standard Shipping (4-7 business days) *expect a delay due to holiday season"13 days after I placed the order, the item's tracking number showed that it has still not even left CA-I'm in Oregon. Shipping to me from CA normally takes 3 days. On Jan 8 I sent requesting a refund because it hadn't even shipped. Rep asked me to wait two more days. Nothing changed. On Jan 16 I sent a second email requesting a refund. Again rep refused. Another rep messaged me after I left a one star review and asked for me to wait until Jan 23rd and they would "reship. Today is the 23rd and the package tracking shows no movement since the 9th. I contested the charge with my card company.$57 for a single hat I have to wait almost a month for? Terrible service. Get a new ship carrier.

I really like my Raised by Society beanie because it feels warm, comfortable, and stylish enough to wear daily without losing its shape.

Dismal customer service. Their system erased part of the shipping address after my order was placed. I contacted customer service seven times to ask them to change the address – no response. A total rip-off. Don't trust them. I've been robbed by these grifters.

Item was purchased through a UK ad and on arrival I requested a return as fit was too boxy compared to pictures shown. Quite normal except they're based in the Netherlands. Not only do they require tracked international outbound and return postage to be born by customer, they also expect me to indemnify them for customs charges which a correctly formatted standard return template would bypass. They have no interest in returns and while their customer support was polite and agreed all my points were valid, they have stopped responding when I've pointed out I may be receiving only half of my purchase price for returning a pair of unworn t-shirts. They acknowledged their ads appear to be local, they know they're doing wrong by UK customers by requiring international returns and they're not doing anything to correct it. Avoid.
