Went to the oeiras branch because car…
So it seems that rainha das chaves oeiras protects its employees when they incorrectly advise a customer on something and then says that I did not go to their branch, for this im going to tag the number that I called before going there which is on my call log. Your employee did not know what he was doing, it was at the oeiras branch I know for a fact. Instead of just putting a battery in which we asked him to do, he refused and said we would need to go to sao domingos branch to get a whole new key, so please do not tell me it wasn't at your store, it was indeed there.

Hi Melissa,
In situations like yours, we can assure you that we have clear instructions to first ask the client if the car key is sometimes failing or if it doesn't work at all. Then, upon request, we can change the battery. Only when that still doesn't work we suggest replacing it for a new key. However we can assure you that it could not have been in our shop, since our Oeiras branch doesn't even provide automobile services. We have talked to our employees who can not recall a situation like this and who guaranteed that this would never be the procedure.
We are very sorry to hear that you experienced something like this, wherever it was, and we hope you will trust us in the future to confirm that integrity is one of the most important values in our company.
