I joined, deposited £50 and before I had chance to play my account got suspended. I emailed, explained what happened snd asked for a refund. No response whatsoever received. Emailed again, still no response. Absolute joke of a casino. Stay well clear. I will be contacting my bank for a card charge back. This is clearly a scam site

Bonuses are few and far and for example on 3 magic eggs you can have 3 bonuses ready to pop and that can go on for 300,400 spins.
Bonus pay outs when they do happen are a mix on average or very poor.20p win after paying a premium to.win one.
Played many casinos some great some not so this one is one of the worst.
Will be playing my last spins and moving on to my next review.

Terrible casino. £10 minimum deposit but £19.99 minimum withdrawl with £2.50 "transaction fee". Told "you have not wagered enough of your first deposit to withdrawal"?? after wagering £10+ (not bonus money, shows as "withdrawable balance"). No mention of this in T&C's nor any indication of what amount this is. Worse than any competitors in every way, borderline scam.

Let you deposit withoutt verification and activly gamble on there offers wich is totally against rules and regs in the uk then ask you only to verify your id when you want to pull money back out.

I’ve not had a problem. Yes have to follow the rules, I first deposited with Apple Pay. But can’t withdraw with Apple Pay so gave a bank card, still couldn’t withdraw said had to pay with same bank card to withdraw so put in a 10er then said still couldn’t withdraw coz not spent enough on said card. So did a few spins and was able to withdraw. Said 1-3 business days was a Saturday and withdrawn on the same day few hrs. Won 3 times after and withdrew on the same day. I did upload a selfie and pic of my drivers license but that’s standard these days. Overall I’m up. Yes £2.50 withdraw but the interface and total experience id say was better than say sky like the reward bonus’s free spins was all out then won £12 on free spins to carry on and won £70 so can live with the £2.50 charges to withdraw.

Emails are a waste of time. They just don’t reply or state the same thing stating they havnt received your request.

deposited £200, was given a £200 bonus end up winning £4750 an instead of putting into real money the site have added it to bonus meaning it’s worthless!!
