Customer service second to none! I ordered a sale item in the wrong size. After returning the wrong item they exchanged the item promptly to the correct size and didn’t even charge me for the postage to get the item to me. Have been shopping here for years! Clothing is absolutely gorgeous not only looks beautiful but washes really well and lasts so much they still look new when handed down to the next child! I love the comfort & vibrant colours of the clothes. Their shoes are also long lasting comfortable durable and approved by our physio! Velcro shoes in bigger sizes is immensely beneficial to families like ours where children have difficulty with being independent and the Velcro shoes gives them that little piece of independence (so hard to get durable supportive Velcro shoes in bigger sizes other places!) The cotton is so soft it’s a lovely option for children with sensory difficulties. The staff are very helpful and the owner is extremely sound - it’s great to receive a fantastic service while also supporting small local businesses.

Love this shop and LOVE the clothes. Melanie and the team are so passionate about sourcing ethical, beautifully made clothes. It’s so nice to know that the clothing is made by reputable companies who treat those making the clothes with respect. And that materials used are sustainable. And this is not greenwashing like so many of the big companies do nowadays. Rainbow Kids has links with all the stockists and they can stand over their claims. The materials are all lovely, having had some pieces now for years they wash well and stand the test of time, and by buying from this shop you get to support a family run business as well.
