On Monday we decided to buy an Branded extension to our campervan awning; Rainbow Conversions had the best value one, immediately available. It was easy to ignore old ignorant or misdirected negative reviews, and trust the positive ones. I am very glad I did as our experience of this company was superb. We ordered (with standard delivery) and paid by credit card late afternoon, had excellent email confirmations and updates, and the goods were delivered on Wednesday, in perfect condition.

Avoid this seller. The first item not only failed to match the images but also didn’t work properly. When I raised the issue, I was told that if I wanted a replacement quickly, I would need to purchase another—so I did. The replacement at least functioned, though not perfectly, but they only refunded the cost of the original item, insisting there was “nothing wrong” with it. I’m now out of pocket for the original postage as well as the return shipping. Poor quality control, dismissive customer service, and an overall unprofessional experience.

We bought a new drive away awning from Rainbow Conversions a few weeks ago. Unfortunately when we put the awning up for the first time we noticed a fault with one of the poles. The customer service we received from Rainbow Conversions after we contacted them about the faulty component was excellent. The problem was promptly resolved to our satisfaction. A great company. Will definitely buy from this firm again.

I was a bit dubious regards buying anything from this company due to the negativity, however I saw that the negative comments were a bit old and decided to give them a try due to stock shortages elsewhere.

I’m glad I did and can honestly say I had nothing but a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Great communication, confirmation that the package was dispatched, on the way and delivered within a couple of days.
You can’t ask for more really.

Just took delivery of the Fiamma Sun View. I ordered it late yesterday morning and it was delivered to my house at 9.0am the next morning.
Good price, Great customer service and and of course great delivery What more can one ask of a company

Avoid this company the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. They will come out with a load of tosh that the part that is broken is not covered on the warranty even though its only 6 months old and faulty. I would expect this from an ebay seller.

Ordered a table leg for my camper it arrived within 2 days and was very impressed with the quality, The service I received was excellent and I would highly recommend this company and use them again

Order received promptly. Items are of good quality and will be great for my project.

I recently needed to replace the service battery charger on my caravan urgently.
I placed order on Monday and asked if I could have delivery before Thursday, as we were going away. Barring a postal strike delivery would have been Wednesday! the part was received on Thursday. Fitted, tested and working perfectly in time for our getaway.
Full marks for service and courtesy, nice company to do business with.

Rainbow conversions are a fantastic leisure and camping equipment.

I needed a zig X-70 battery charger / power pack for my caravan. not only did Rainbow have them in stock but they were 30 cheaper then anyone else, it was delivered within 48 hours, their sales team are fantastic and their communication is second to non.

This company more than saved the day, going away this weekend in Caravan, another dealer let us down, found Rainbow and not only did they have the part, but got it me delivered in 24hours, just fitted and all is good you saved the day, will keep your details on file

Contacted them before I ordered an electric step to ask if wiring and switch came with it. I was told all the steps come complete with switch and wiring.
When it arrived no switch no wiring and no face plate. Was told I could buy them from them. They actually added to the description no switch and wiring after I complained. Sent it back at my cost and they deducted there postage in the refund. Would not advise anyone to buy

Although we needed it asap, the price was really competitive so we decided to wait for delivery. Amazingly, it all arrived the next day! And it's now all fitted and works perfectly. Ordered a table leg kit ,on receipt which was fast I opened to find the base of such sub standard quality its unusable. Emailed the company with pictures to ask for a replacement to be told this was an entry level product . Cheap rubbish at regular prices .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use if you have a problem they will not reply to emails or phone calls. I purchased a Leisurewize Universal Caravan Water Mains Adaptor for a new build. The first time it was connected it failed resulting is water spraying everywhere. The failed valve is extremely poor quality made of the cheapest plastic. Company has not replied to communication or offered a solution.

If you value your sanity don’t deal with this company, they are the worst company that I have had the misfortune to deal with.
I ordered a cassette toilet access door, it arrived assembled, and couldn't be un-assembled (plastic barb clips) It wasn't in wrapping nor did it appear new. I complained and they arranged to collect and refund me, but their customer service is seriously bad and very slow in communicating. Even after collection of the faulty item, they didn't refund me. I has to enter a dispute with paypal. they just waste your time and take your money, AVOID.

If you value your sanity don’t deal with this company, they are the worst company that I have had the misfortune to deal with. I only got parts after opening a dispute via PayPal and then they didn’t inform me that parts were on the way.

Ordered a roof vent via one of their trading companies 'grasshopper lesiure', it was posted in its retail packaging and not inside a parcel so the box was damaged on arrival. Returned back within 14 days, I even opened up the box for them to make sure there was no damage. Nearly 2 months and still no refund and no reply to my follow up emails. Have had to claim money back via credit card. Avoid!
