Colours don't match the product image.
Recieved my t-shirt, but the colours are off.
Was supposed to be black like on the image shown on the website, but looks more like a poorly light gray.
Print quality is grainy, even though i paid for the highest quality available.

The sizing of the masks is not what I expected. IToo big for my kid, and too tight for me. And the loops around the head are inconvenient. Given the new CDC guidelines, these masks are effective if worn on top off surgical masks. Will be a pain to put then on given the design.

When I finally heard back they did give me a gift card and I got my order fast plus they did a good job... but it took years!!
