Some products lack important measurements info on the website (e.g. shoulder pad thickness, etc)
Some products can be ordered only in 1 or 10 units, others in 1,5, & 20 units.
VAT is added to the delivery cost too, so I ended up paying £6 instead of £5 (which is already a lot) for the shipping of a small light parcel(3 pairs of shoulder pads).

Thanks for the review Yevgeniya. Good to hear you like the products and delivery arrived next day thanks to us paying DPD for next day delivery.
Some facts for you: If you buy 1 pair or 100pairs, the delivery costs the same. You were undercharged as we paid more for delivery than we charged you. We do not make any profit on selling 3 prs shoulder pads so I hope you can understand that while we can’t make everyone happy, we do try our best !

Sarah at Ragchop really helped me out. The Down Feel wadding is usually sold in very large quantities and I only needed 5 mts of it for a project I'm doing for Somerset House. Sarah sorted that out with the suppliers and I can't wait to get started on the items.

Your order was refunded in full.
We are not set up to ship to the US when the customer pays to ship to Northern Ireland -as it’s too time consuming to do the paperwork and on top of that -we have to pay the added expense of the courier fee to the US. We would have shipped it for you in our own time -but feel in this case it was best to refund you. Best wishes for the future

Despite getting in touch via email, contact via website and phoning to notify you of the wrong postcode, it was still sent to the wrong address! Luckily it was only in the next town and the guy messaged on the adjoining Facebook group which was noticed by a friend.
The website has no cancellation or other means of adjusting an order which I tried to do immediately.

Hi May, Your order was processed and dispatched 23rd Jan by UPS next day service. UPS lost the parcel but they then located it and our tracker shows it was delivered to you on 1st Feb. I have sent you the tracking details. If you have not received it -please let me know and we shall resend and investigate with UPS who signed for it. Sorry about this but I was not aware that you had not received until your review !
