Customer service to avoid
Like the previous reviewer, I had a free trial that I didn't want to continue. They don't send an email reminding you to unsubscribe, so I received an email saying that I couldn't pay if I didn't update my card details. I thought that meant they wouldn't be able to charge me. However, I received a charge without even an email to confirm it.
I sent an email to customer service, but they refused to take my request into account, sending me what were surely automated replies that answered what they wanted and barely even read my emails.
What's more, the application is limited and inevitably requires payment for additional features.
