We had several teething problems when…

We had several teething problems when introducing trackers to our fleet. Molly Barnes from Radius took ownership of the problems and worked through them all until resolved. She was both professional and polite and a great representation of the company

My Account Manager Ross Clarke 5*

My Account Manager Ross Clarke has been a great support in the several years we have been with dci/radius. He’s offered demos/training sessions and checks prices regularly knowing how important it is for me to keep our SME in check, he calls and checks in every so often just to update me and of course make sure I'm happy which is so incredibly important. Best of luck Ross in your new role- extremely sorry to see you go but best wishes! You are a dedicated and knowledgable person with a great work ethic and it has shown in every interaction i have had with you!

EFFICIENT AND DEPENDABLE SERVICE

We have our Account with DCI for a number of years and it suits our delivery team to have DCI cards plus we have access to all Invoices etc., making it efficient and accurate for our Accounts Dept., to reconcile.

Zina was very helpful. I am with Radius since 2017 and always get the support I need when I need.

The service is very good and they call you back when they promise to call back. Overall I am very happy with this company.

Increase credit limit

I wanted to increase my credit limit ever so slightly. I have been with Uk fuel nearly 15 years. This lady had my back by challenging the credit department to increase the limit by one thousand. Still waiting for a reply, but she will contact me as soon as she hears anything. I was very impressed by her services, her Jovel attitude her politeness, she was easy to talk to and I was happy that she picked up the phone to serve me. Would give her a 10 out of 10.

Excellent customer service

Caroline has given excellent service over the last couple of days with firstly sorting a logon problem with the help of Mike in technical and then organising some replacement devices and a new contract. Really excellent service thank you!

Absolute criminals virtually doubled my…

Absolute criminals virtually doubled my tracker costs without telling me..now they want a cancellation fee of almost £360.00 been with them almost 5-6 years…communication is terrible i’ve spent 3 weeks chasing account manager Madi she never returns calls or reply’s to any emails i’ve called numerous times and spoke to different people to just be fed a load of bullshit.

Trading standards is my next step.

Avoid at all costs these should be on rip off britain.
