I would like to raise a serious concern…

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding Redium Box.
My machine is not from Redium Box; it is a Mantra machine. However, Redium Box incorrectly matched my machine’s serial number and deducted my payment.
I did not authorize this transaction and I do not want this service. I request an immediate full refund of my payment.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
