Awesome website for USA and UK users
Awesome website for USA and UK users. Even though they didnt sell the product I found elsewhere anymore, they still had a free download of the programming software as well as a video on how to use the software along with the product. Havent had to ask any questions but they seem to answer others fairly quickly! Would recommend to any and everyone for radio programming needs for beginners and advanced users!

We offer programming software for Motorola business two-way radios free of charge as a service to existing and potential new clients. Your software is available to download from the "My Downloads Section" on our website, here: https://www.radiotronics.us/downloadable/customer/products/
This client did not contact us whatsoever. In fact, we had no idea he had not actually downloaded it until he left this review. The wording "Never received it.." indicates he was expecting us to send it to him. But as explained above, it's a simple download from our website.
Nevertheless, we have sent the download to the client manually via WeTransfer to ensure he receives it.
This review saddens Radiotronics as we can only presume this is a misunderstanding and the client will remove or update his review.

Great looking radio
Great looking radio! Everything is working as expected there are no issues at this time. The audio quality on the radio is superb compared to the previous radio. The radio actually got here prior to the date which made it to feel like Christmas that came early.
