Team spirit and respect all round

The service was prompt, helpful and cheerful. what impressed me most was the team spirit. Once Tyler retrieved the specialist battery I needed it was extremely difficult to release from its packaging so other members of staff were quick to assist with nifty specialist tools. More experienced staff were obviously not above excusing themselves from helping on grounds of their superiority. All their interactions with me and with fellow staff were respectful, engaging and positive.

My experience was great, used the notification when stock is available facility then ordered online, product delivered fast and safely in two days.

Long Time Radio Parts Customer

I have been dealing with Radio Parts since they had their second store in Malvern. I can honestly say they have never let me down. Now that I’m working for myself they really make the whole purchasing experience extremely easy, emails and sms letting me know my order has arrived. Good to see Joe is still there. Met him at Malvern all those years ago. Keep up the good work. Paul
