Top Notch Expertise, Quality, Completeness, Clarity, and Service

I'm a US Postal Worker hurt on the job, and have been battling to get my conditions (numerous parts of my body) accepted for Federal Workers' Comp (OWCP).

My "First Opinion" imaging Radiologist was lax and missed key and obvious diagnoses - I called 2-4 times per week, chasing administrators to get Addendum Reports from their Radiologist(s), to compare my 2018 past to 2025 images that they took - ongoing excuses and apologies... for 2 months, to again get a single page of inconclusive findings, still missing prior diagnoses (in reports also provided with the images)... for example, the simplest thing, scoliosis, is obvious... even to me when looking at my spinal X-rays... other things... might be this or that depending on past/medical history (also provided thoroughly).

Conversely, Marina in customer support services at RadiologyCheck was prompt to respond by email from the start, and proactively kept me informed throughout the process; frankly, her service, English and writing skills surpass most native speaking Americans!

Dr. Rahman and team (el al.) examined my images and reports thoroughly, as was evident in their excellent and extensive reports for each part of the body.

Their findings and personal recommendations were complete, clear, and well supported. I've never received such outstanding work in a Radiology report!!!

As a bonus, you are referred to by name, rather than "patient", which reflects a personalized focus, that has one feeling that our case and well being, genuinely matter to them (also in service communications).

As a former research analyst and academic editor, their reports' structure and contents reflect a very high level background in academics and research - like a true study, complete with research questions to answer... which they do!

Further, like grad school research and professional journal expert review committees, a team checks each report for accuracy and completeness, before it's sent to us.

Excellence in any organization comes from leadership, in, i.e., who is hired/maintained, products and services planned-managed-adapted-delivered, and tools applied in the process.

Dr. Rahman et al. deliver excellence. Clearly, they take great pride in their work, their kindness is evident, and they're genuinely concerned with us getting proper care, based on correct information.

I'm blown away, and ever grateful to these people! I'll be recommending RadiologyCheck.com and the team to my doctors, family, and friends for sure!

Significant Decline: Transparency and Quality Concerns

Initially, I was impressed by the service and report. However, my experience took a dramatic turn when I used them for the second time.

The report was significantly delayed, taking over four days to deliver (uploaded Friday afternoon and received a report 20 minutes to midnight Monday). Moreover, I later discovered that the cost is based on area, not just per scan—a detail they should have disclosed upfront. While this pricing structure is understandable, it would have been preferable if they had informed me beforehand and asked for prioritization. Unfortunately, they did not; instead, they made the decision themselves on what to analyze.
Additionally the second report was superficial and lacked depth. When I requested further information, new details suddenly emerged that were not included in the original report, yet I couldn’t get any clarification on why this happened nor what to make of it. Later on, I received an email with annotated images from my scan, but unfortunately the text seemed both contradictory and unclear.

Overall, my second experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency, the extended processing and the poor quality of the report.

Urgent improvements in communication and report depth will in my opinion be necessary to uphold confidence in their service.

Reply from Radiologycheck.com

Dear Serafia,

We are sorry to hear that your second experience fell short of your expectations—especially after your first review described our work as “a gift” and our radiologist as someone who “ought to be cloned.” Please note that we are not active on Trustpilot daily, which is why this reply comes with some delay.
Your scans were uploaded late on a Friday, and your report was delivered by Monday evening—well within our standard timeframe (with the weekend in between).
The scope of your order included a specific anatomical region. The additional concerns you later raised about unrelated areas (which require different imaging protocols and expertise) were not part of the service you selected.

Still, we went above and beyond to assist: we answered your follow-up questions in detail, shared annotated images that could be discussed with your physician, and offered further clarification—all without additional charges.
You even expressed willingness to donate when able as you had financial difficulties and we offered you that option.
Complex findings are often better explained in live conversation, which we offered through a free consultation. Unfortunately, this was declined.
Your final message—calling our work a “disaster” and “worthless”—was not only unconstructive but also deeply hurtful to our team, who supported your case with care, attention, and professionalism over several weeks. In earlier emails, you acknowledged experiencing emotional distress and systemic limitations in your local healthcare system. We empathize with that, but it is not fair to direct that frustration solely toward us, especially after previously expressing strong satisfaction.
You also noted yourself that you hadn’t realized the importance of selecting the correct scan area—something we could have easily clarified beforehand had the question been raised. We remained available throughout, and no attempt was made to resolve your concerns directly before publishing this public review.
Your sharp reversal from written praise to harsh criticism is difficult to reconcile, particularly as no new diagnostic findings or report errors were raised. Nonetheless, we remain committed to clarity, care, and respectful dialogue.
Your request to delete all uploaded scans has been honored and confirmed.
We wish you strength and clarity on your ongoing journey and remain open to respectful communication in the future.

Sincerely,

Excellent service for a second opinion

I received a comprehensive report (15 pages with MRI images showing key points) on an MRI/MRA scan that has provided additional information on a lesion I have in my head, and the report picked up other medical issues that were missed in the original report from the hospital. The report also advised on other diagnostic examinations I could have (to find out what type of lesion it is) before proceeding with surgery. Very professional and friendly service. I highly recommend this service if you need a second opinion on a medical condition.

10/10

I had a stellar experience with RadiologyCheck. The report was exceptionally thorough, articulate, and insightful. The radiologist provided a second opinion that exceeded any previous level of detail and accuracy. Additionally, they offered thoughtful observations that hadn’t been considered before. As a patient, having a second opinion really helped me understand my options on how to proceed with treatment. Overall, a 10/10 experience! Thank you!!!
