made their website close to the actual one and charges a fee for what would be a free service - a rip off

The website will say " CODE AVAILABLE" so you pay your £18, then you don't get any code, when I asked them they said actually they don't have the code for my car and that I would have to go to the dealer.

Hopefully will be refunding me.

I had a great experience. Got the code within 5 minutes. Saved myself £7.
Its a shame to see so many negative responses. I would say just make sure you give them the correct serial number. Would use them again for share. HAPPY Customer.

I was going to use this service, but due to the tone of their replies to complaints here I have decided to shop elsewhere. If you're kosher, lads, then raise your game and learn to express yourselves professionally.

Sent Radiocodes.info details and payment but no communication back - no code sent - hung up on me when I called - Sent lots of emails but had to open a dispute in the Paypal Centre to get my money back! Still waiting! The site gives you a money back guarantee but don't believe it!

My brother inlaw/ brother is one happy bloke. We searched every where for the code no one had it. Found your site and its worked first time. I purchased a radio code from this seller on 17th on September and have never received it - I thought that I would receive the code with in a matter of days so I waited patiently. When I didn't receive the code I tried to contact the seller on two occasions via email to ask when I could expect the code, I didn't get a response. A complete waste of money 👎🏽

Slow to send radio code

I have a ford car and had to have some repair work done which meant taking out the battery and resetting my system. I sent a request through at 10pm on Wednesday night and got a code within an hour by text. Excellent work all for 2.99!

Paid my £14.99 for my radio code and never received it.
Emailed 11 times and no response!
Outrageous service and total scam.

Wrong code supplied after waiting days for the code. I contacted and they requested to re-send serial number for the radio unit. Never heard another thing from them. Refund obtained from Paypal but had to wait days for this to be done. Radiocodes could have refunded straight away but no out of sheer cynicism for the customer they decided just to let me wait for the Paypal refund procedure. Best avoided!

Excellent service very cheap the cheapest out there that's genuine also for piece of mined they will give you youR,money back if they can't help with your code . it's also cheaper than the ford stealers asking for £20 quid I was juvious at first not knowing the site but I needed a code so I gave it a go I also looked at reviews that helped my decision and not only that you can pay with PayPal which I don't buy nothing unless it's paypal used..good old paypal the site is very simple to use thanks radiocodes.info I may use you again in the future I will definitely recommend your company I rate this company 10/10 I also want to give ford a big massive middle finger because ford deserve it ......thanks regards mark

They took my money said I would receive my code soon and nearly two months later - nothing.

Beware this scam.

After human error on my part by giving the wrong serial no. I exchanged several emails which were all responded to very fast and helpfully advising what to do next. As It required me to purchase radio keys to remove the radio in order to obtain the serial no. My response was over a month prolonged and the company was still happy to help. Now the radio works perfect and the code was obtained at a great price, I couldn't reccomend them enough. If any one has had problems they only need to ask and Radiocodes would be happy to help as they have for me! Thanks again!

very fast service unfortunately the wrong code number

Fast and cheap response for getting my security code. A+

Paid my money received my code and now my radio works. About time too, as my radio was off for18 months. I even bought a solar radio to listen too while I was driving about and that cost three times as much as it did for the radio code.

Been a week since radio codes said they would give me a refund and 2 weeks since they first took my money. Still no refund. Appalling customer service

Extremely helpful and solved the problem promptly. Highly recommended.
