I received the cabinet and there was a small blemish on one corner, i messaged them and I got a quick response with 2 options. They sent me some touch up paint and a brush and I also got a small refund. The cabinet itself is perfect and is everything I expected, very happy the the team

Simply stunning! Our radiator cabinets arrived on time and the service is wonderful from order to delivery and the quality is outstanding. We wanted a cabinet that would double as a unit and we are very pleased with the final product. Finished off my kitchen/dinning room beautifully.

Wanted a radiator cabinet cover for the hallway. Checked the range on offer via the website and once happy, followed the straightforward instructions to provide my measurements and place an order. Received quick confirmation with timescales for deliver, which were perfectly reasonable. Really happy when delivered as item very well packaged and protected. Followed the instructions link on their website and installed it within 1/2 an hour. This is a quality chunky product with a great finish that’s well worth the money. The perfect finishing touch. Recommended.

Very happy with the quality and speed of delivery of 2 of the ready made radiator covers. They look so nice. The top of one was unfortunately damaged in transit and a replacement was sent very promptly and arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend.

Great web site - easy to use and clear whats on offer and the price. I have now ordered 6 cabinets and each one is well made and arrived (Isle of Man) in perfect condition - not surprising given how carefully and thoroughly it was packaged. Would highly recommend this company.

I am appauled with the level of disrespect and lack of care to customers' interest. The lady on the phone did not adhere to honour her own words of confirming information
back or to send an email. There is no professionalism particularly the man who had spoke very rudely and hang the phone down whilst I was explaining a query even after paying the lump sum of Hundreds of pounds for the radiator cabinet. To then be asked to email a query and not at all respond directly to my concern is no help. Rather my query was intentionally dismissed with a refund which is overlooking customers interest and upsetting. No customer would bother to contact in the first place if they are being ignored or recieve an unwelcoming cold vibe even after the purchase. Contacting business line to purchase and discuss matters in terms of measurement is a normal procedure which all customers should feel entitled to and have a customer right over. Perhaps, I was the odd one to be mistreated and hope there is no future customers who recieves this low level of customer service. Everyone has severe issues in life particularly at this current climate and having a negative approach to customers or their feedback to improve future service should be taken as constructive feedback. If only a little time was taken to provide a thoughtful response even if it was to take little more time, I would not have minded but to dismiss it completely demonstrate no interest to cater for the need of customer. As any human being in my position would be offended especially when more time can be taken to respond to a customer insolently as opposed to just solving a basic standard query. Seriously a complacent service. I am surprised how one may be pushed to write reviews so a good impression can be given when it is a false picture of the service to potential customers. Deceitful indeed! Certainly a huge disappointment and shame for customers who admire the product but unfortunately unable to purchase due to unprofessional and complacent service. Lastly, I had submitted this review before and then recieved a message from the company calling me idiot and stupid for submitting the review. Again, I have a screenshot of the horrible message but will not upload for protecting the privacy of the individual. I had submitted a review earlier but it was reported previously for breaching personal information of which I have now removed to comply. This is a review certainly for radiator cabinet and I hold solid evidence to prove it is a genuine review, the invoice and emails are sitting in my inbox. I had first kept my review anonymous for confidentiality to avoid further horrible text from a member of staff from radiator cabinet. Please do not try mask the unprofessionalism by disregarding myself as a customer when I have evidence of the order/ transactions as email invoice and bank statements. Not to forget the outrageously inappropriate rude text I recieved late in the night right after my 1st review which was reported for mentioning a name but then again it is ok for a staff to then mention their name on a response to a customers review. Either a staff within the team is being dishonest or the company itself is really good at painting a false reputation. Thanks to trust pilot, my genuine review of my experience can hopefully help future customers and the company to keep a better eye at staffs who are not doing their job professionally.

The radiator are perfect- beautiful quality! I was expecting them to take much longer so I was very pleased that they were supplied so quickly

We ordered an unusual sized cover. CRC were very helpful and managed to give a good price within their standard structure. It took a while (Covid!) but we were kept informed and even given an offer to cancel given the delay but we stuck with it and are delighted with the finished product. Fits perfectly looks good was delivered very professionally. Very good - thank you

Ordering the cabinets was easy and if you ever contact the company by email they get back to you within hours. We ordered four cabinets, and they look great, a top quality product and well packaged so no damages in transit. So good in fact we will order another two. So nice to get good service these days, a dying art form I'm afraid.
