I bought dumbbells through this company. There is a problem with the charging port. They should still be under warranty. I have tried to contact the company to no avail. They ignore emails and don’t answer the phone. Avoid!

Excellent prices cheapest on the web for some conti tubs and tyres and also ordered some Radial own brand accessories which are excellent. A previous reviewer griped about getting a chain in a bag and the Conti GP tyres were unboxed but perfect - I mean who needs the box?? The conti Tubs were in a hugely elaborate Conti-tyres display box - lovely and flash but completely OTT. Will definitely use Radial again as it's nice to have an alternative to Wiggle and ChainR and they are much cheaper than Evans.

I found this company while looking for a tyre for my racing bike, and they offered what I wanted at an excellent price, with free delivery.
Communication was good and the tyre arrived on time with no problems, so I was very happy.
I'd definitely use them again.

I purchased a new Shimano CN-6701 Ultegra 6701 10 Speed Bike Chain from Radial Cycles' website. What I received was an unboxed, unbagged chain in a scrap of cardboard and wrapped in bubble wrap. I have purchased countless chains in my time as a cyclist and none have ever been in this state. After returning the item as it is clearly unpackaged, therefore not new, I have been refused a return postage refund (illegally) and dismissed. A disgusting way in which to trade and treat a customer. As it states on their returns page "Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken." I would hope to receive my "new" items in the same condition. Very poor effort Radial Cycles

I looked around a number of cycling websites for tape after getting some numbness from 'another' bar tape. I opted for this after reading a few positive reviews and I couldn't be happier. Easy ordering, very quick delivery, easy to wrap and extremely comfortable. Annoyed that I didn't buy two lots and sort out the winter bike at the same time!

Ordered my CO2 inflater it came quickly, looks good and was a good price.

Excellent bar tape. Good quality and easy to apply but the Radial name was only printed on one of the rolls - the other was blank ! No big deal, but slightly odd !

Superb handlebar tape - cushioned and with a great grip. Texture matches the tyres and makes the bike look great. And really good value too...

Great tape. Single wrap is comfy and grippy. Ten quid is excellent value and comes with snazzy bar ends as well.

I ordered one day and the bar tape arrived the next. Only a £20 order and free P&P so you cannot get better than that. The product itself is excellent. It's around a third of the price of a comparable product (Lizard Skins) and is as equally good quality

Excellent bartape. I've had it on my bike for the past month or so and it has held up really well for these early days. Very easy to apply but just make sure you leave plenty of excess to tuck into the bar ends as its springy/elastic nature makes it a little difficult to do unless you leave plenty of excess.
Best bartape i've used (and I've used a lot).
