Poor had issues with me order but noone from the company gets back to you it's a scam

Order has not arrived- have tried to contact Racksflex with no response - no number and chat bot is useless.

Order never arrived. No response to customer service requests. I sent two emails and one request through Shopify. My guess is something happened to the people running this business and the website is just up running itself. Do not order. I was fortunate that my bank refunded me. Shopify will not help.

This Company is a SCAM

No communication. No contact number. No response to emails. No response to chatbot. No item delivered.
AVOID

Avoid it!! It’s a scam, spend almost 500€ on racks and nothing arrives!
No answer at all the emails!
They should be punished!

Have taken £170 from me and no item!

Product not arrived. Asked for refund and no response. Reading other reviews wish I had gone elsewhere.

Not good at all: The product delivered to me had different dimensions to my order. In addition it would not attach to a wall as designed, advertised and required with a 90 and 45 degree attachment as the 'hypotenuse' pipe was 50cm not 28cm. Initially I received a series of email responses requesting photographs and measurements, and once I had done all that I was promised the correct parts would be sent.. but this was just to spin me along.. there was no further email communication. By more research we found a number to contact and received a text reply to a voicemail.. but once we responded that became 'unavailable'.
So, we have paid this company £70.00 for a useless box of pipes that don't fit together or go on a wall.
Other potential buyers need to know of our experience.

The reason I'm giving this a 3* review is due to absolutely no communication from the seller after numerous emails to several email addresses listed for them. Was querying about the update of the product but no response. The company needs to have a better customer service process. However, the product itself is absolutely spot on. Couldn't be happier with the clothes rail. Heavy duty and strong, easy to put up with the instructions and can be done easy by one person. Would buy again.

Scam. Do not use this company. Nothing arrives after your purchase, no response to emails sent to them. Can’t find any particulars of ownership to contact. Complete SCAM

Ordered and paid for, no contact and ignore emails, don't deal withthis company

Item arrived with parts missing, and no means to contact the company to resolve the issue. I send 6 emails to the suggested contact address with no response. I also tried their contact form and was again unsuccessful. I tried to locate the business on google however their address does not exist. Approach with caution.
