Great for custom strung racquets

I wanted a pair of racquets with specific strings and tensions and the website supported that, which a competing website did not. Also the Racketstation price was lower than the competing website. Delivery was a bit longer but I didn't think that was unreasonable for custom stringing. I'm very happy with the racquets.

Good service

Sign of a good company when they sort out an issue quickly. I ordered a pair that didn't fit - sent back and didn't hear but one phone call to a really nice person and refund was sorted immediately. Thank you.

Dealing with the company on the phone…

Dealing with the company on the phone was very good as there were issues online with my bank accepting payment.
Items arrived straight from Babolat well packaged.
Only negative was not being kept informed of delivery which took nearly 10 days.

Great price and excellent and friendly staff

Great price, excellent and friendly advice and quick delivery. I reached out via their online WhatsApp link as I needed some guidance on the best strings and tension for the racket I was looking at and within an hour or so they had come back and answered several questions that gave me the confidence to place the order. Can't thank the team at racketstation enough. Very pleased with my racket and it was the best price I found online anywhere!
