I’ve used Rachael Eccles CDs and instant downloads for quite a few years now. I always go back to her when I am at the end of my tether and something is really getting on top of me.
I have found the no smoking and the better sleep downloads to be extremely useful and am forever recommending them to friends and family. In fact, I’ve just bought an anxiety one for my niece, which is why I’ve been prompted to leave a review.

I highly recommend these, I think they’re a great price and very effective.
My advice would be to direct your mind to each part of the body she is telling you to relax and you will really drift into hypnosis.

I’ve used Rachaels programmes for a couple of years. They are Very impactful and really do work. A very responsive customer service.

I used the dental phobia download to help get me through a visit to the dentist.l listened to it several times and also before my appointment. I felt in control, no panic, and could hear Rachael’s voice, reminding me, that this was just something routine. All went well and l feel l have finally beaten a phobia that dominated my life. It’s 47 years since l last had treatment without sedation, l am now in control!

I have 3 CDs so far and they do seem to be working, For me, it takes about 2 weeks though you should listen every night at bedtime for a month. For example, Stop Night Eating. After a couple of weeks, that feeling of having an empty stomach at night while watching TV just became the new normal and I was able to tolerate it which I couldn't before the CD. Their customer service is FANTASTIC. They want their product to help you and answer any queries right away. People should give them a try.
