Hi I bought the simnet pedals with all the excessarys, they took a bit to arrive as I bought them in the black Friday sales so it understandable, they are only the second set of pedals I bought for my sim rig and I love them and I have not even changed the elastomer or spring as they just worked perfect as is, I would recommend RaceSim UK as they looked after me really good and now it's one of the first places I look if I need anything for my sim racing journey. Had a couple of minor issues with a product I purchased. Racesim were very attentive in sorting them out for me. Great service and would highly recommend.

I bought an e-sports simulator and can’t rate highly enough the level of genuine advice and service I received. Ahmed took the time to understand my needs and didn’t oversell. They delivered and installed the hardware and software, but what really set them apart was the level of after-sales service provided. They continue to help whenever a technical issue occurs.

Was looking for Simnet pedals for while, but closest I could find - Poland.
And than one day to my surprise I found them at Race Sim and even more surprising - local to me :)
Preordered over Christmas period.
And honestly from there one of the best experiences I have had.
Costumer service went above and beyond. Ahmed did everything to make sure I get my order before long holidays.
Cristmas was saved and I spent my time doing simracing rather than spending with my family. :D

Dealing with this company was a poor experience. They booked a service with us and failed to disclose known access restrictions at their site, which prevented the collection. Despite this being entirely outside our control, we refunded them in full.

After the refund, they attempted to charge us £600 for rebooking elsewhere - more than they originally paid. No other customer has ever tried anything like this.

To clarify:
• We did not buy anything from them - they booked with us.
• There was no retaliation. We only left this review after they tried to charge us following a full refund despite refunding in full for an issue we did not create.
• This review concerns their conduct - not a purchase.

I bought a Cammus C5 racing wheel from Racesim.uk for my pc back in November last year as a Christmas present (to myself!). The price was excellent for the package of wheel, pedals and mount. I also later bought pedal mods and a spare mount from Racesim.UK
The service was very quick on every occasion. The wheel has been brilliant up to a few days ago when one of the shifters failed - a common problem with this model, unfortunately. Sadly after contacting them direct Cammus themselves had no great desire to help me despite it being their product but Racesim.uk replied immediately to my emailed call for help and even telephoned me to discuss what I needed. The parts (plus spares) arrived today and my wheel is now repaired and working again as it should be. I couldn't ask for better customer service. So thank you Racesim.uk and thank you to Ahmed for the personal touch! Highly, highly recommended.

Mega support had an issue with my wheel they asked to replace it immediately, but unfortunately was traveling for summer asked if I can return , they accepted with no questions even paid for shipping A+ support will definitely purchase again.

Superb company. Bought Conspit wheel and base, had some issues getting it up and going. However, the company were superb sending me out a new, upgraded wheelbase to ensure all worked well which it did. After service was exceptional and would buy from again in a heartbeat. Customer service is second to none.

what can I say, it was a pleasant surprise to discover this store. Accustomed to buying online due to the lack of physical stores, I discovered Racesim.
They are professional, they take the time to understand your expectations, they advise you in the right way, they do not try to sell you the most expensive product but the ones you really need.
Honest prices combined with a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic team to deal with, items received very quickly, there was an additional item that was not part of the listing that i needed and this was also sent out straight away with excellent communication throughout. Would not hesistate to recommend this business or the products supplied by them.

Brilliant service from Race Sim. Pre ordered a set of Simnet Pro pedals which they dispatched quickly and efficiently as soon as they came back in stock.
Very impressed with the product, will definitely use Race Sim again.

Had a problem with some pedals but that wasn’t Race Sims fault. They did however fix the problem quickly and with great communication and could not have done anymore to be helpful. You can buy from them with confidence and highly recommend
