Thoroughly impressed with their customer service. The tuner is easy to use, I like the results. It does everything it's supposed to do. I had an issue with an 08 dodge we bought with a Raceme tuner already in it. My son plugged an edge display into the truck and it put the truck in limp mode and locked me out from returning the TCM to stock. Darin helped me within 24 hours to get the truck straightened out. The directions were very clear. I couldn't be more impressed. Truck runs great again, shifts great, very happy customer.

The tuner they provide is extremely easy to install and use. The display and interface is user friendly and this has made my experience beyond a 10/10. If you're looking for a tuner for your Ram.... look no further! Period. Customer service is also excellent and they are quick to reply to any questions you may have.

You guys knocked it out of the park!!! My order was processed within hours and shipping started same day. My Ultra arrived well packaged and protected in the double box package. installation was simple to do, and the performance upgrade was unreal!!! I love the display and everything it monitors. I can now see everything my truck is doing and make sure it performs at a level I'm satisfied with. My fuel mileage has increased well beyond what I would have expected.
