Joao made us feel welcome immediately and made time for me to check and tell me everything about the bike with a good coffee! I also could test the bike several times until I had a good feeling with and position on the bike so that it certainly suited me well. The admin afterwards and payment and communication were in confidence.

Top notch quality bikes. Don’t trust the “second hand” tag , Joao and the team take really good care of the amazing bikes they supply.

I had a very positive experience here. Joao is enthusiastic, kind, and took lots of time to help me. He made sure the bike was properly set up with the correct stem and saddle height so I could take a test ride and see if it was the right fit.
I was also really impressed by how many beautiful second-hand bikes they found (never seen such a great second hand selection anywhere else).
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality bike and genuine, personal service.

Absolutely thrilled with the experience at Racefiets013 after buying my affordable dream bike there. From the moment I walked in, Rick took the time to help me and made the whole fitting process relaxed, professional and very personal. After that, João smoothly arranged the finance, and of course we closed it off with the traditional photo before I headed home as the proud and happy owner of an incredible S-Works Tarmac SL6. The shop clearly focuses on high‑quality race bikes and top‑notch customer service, which really shows in the way they communicate and the attention they give you as a rider. I left the store genuinely happy, confident about my purchase and can only say this is a highly recommended store that lives up to its many 5‑star reviews. Hopefully this was just the first visit and I will be back for more in the future.

Great service and very friendly. Nothing is too much to ask; replace the sadle, change the steerstem for a better fit. Everything for a happy customer.

I recently bought a used road bike and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I discovered them on Instagram and after great advice via WhatsApp, I easily booked an appointment online. In store, I received excellent guidance and the bike was adjusted perfectly to my measurements. I was even able to take it for a test ride. João was incredibly friendly and helpful and he even assisted me in loading the bike into my car. Highly recommended! 🚴‍♂️🤩

I bought my Trek Emonda at Racefiets013. Very friendly people, they helped me with everything I needed.

They keep good contact through Whatsapp and cellphone. I was able to test the bike outside and after I bought the bike they contacted me to ask if everything was good. I bought a great bike with a very good service, would recommend anyone to buy a bike at Racefiets013!
