I had an issue with my order. Dealt with exceptionally

I had an issue with my order, that may have been caused by the browser on my mobile phone (Brave), which wouldn't allow me to select anything other than the default shipping. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, this was RM Second Class. Due to the changes to RM's so called "service", this resulted in my order not appearing in anything like a timely manner. I contacted Racebolt, and they were at the point of shipping out a replacement order with next day delivery. Luckily the original order arrived in the nick of time before they sent out the replacements, and man they are gorgeous bolts.

Based on that experience and how seriously they took it considering it was out of their control, I have no hesitation with recommending this company.
