I’m always on the go and that is why I rely mostly on mobile access and Rabona does a good job optimizing their platform for phones or tablets. Odds fit nicely but sometimes mobile site feels slightly sluggish when switching between pages.

Worst support ever.
There was a breach in one site and my email and pass got leaked so i wanted to change my e-mail and pass in Rabona. There's no such choice in the platform so i contacted live support. They told me that they will forward it to highers and that i will get an e-mail. The next day my account was closed from administration for security reasons. It was closed for 4 days and there was no e-mail or something from the support. Of course i started to worry because they locked me out of my account which had balance in. Today i tried to login again to check if anything changed and i saw that it was banned.
I contacted again the live support and they sent me a text that i have to send with email to Rabona's support to re-open my account. It was declined and since then i got no reply or anything.
So basically i wanted to protect my account and they ended up banning my account with my money in.
UPDATE:
Their answer from support.
"We have escalated your re-enable request to the relevant team for review. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that your request has been denied due to an administration decision.
We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

don't try to play the deposit is easy, and they got a lot of options to deposit!
but when you win and try to withdraw, the drama will start! they told me you can't use the same card you deposited by to withdraw because your card doesn't support that!
when I tried to withdraw using my bank account they said okay! and waited for 7 days to tell me at the end that there is an error, and we can't deposit in your bank account!
now I am talking after almost 2 weeks! and they don't wanna give me my money!

Can not be trusted
I got an SMS about an automatically 100% risk free bet in Liverpool - Chelsea. The SMS did not tell or link to any special terms. After the bet was lost, they denied me a refund because they told the bet was with "enhanced odds", I did not even see that. If this did not qualify for the free bet, they must make it clear! This is the second time they find a stupid excuse to deny me refund or free bet. Do not trust Rabona.com, I have had enough!

Rabona casino review from experienced customer
I have used Rabona for some time. I was a valued VIP player with my own vip host here so I have a lot of experience. Rabona has some of the lowest withdrawal limits there is at casinos. It also takes days to accept a withdraw if you are not VIP.
If you have lost a lot and are a VIP with higher lvl and higher withdrawal limits, the one time you win big your VIP status will go down. This way the withdrawal limit you were promised as a VIP gets even lower.
I was a lvl 4 VIP, when I won a nice amount and wanted to cash out I could see that the VIP status had gone down in a few days because of «low acitivity» but when they have max withdraw of 500euro a day (lvl1 vip status) of course it will be some time without activity to take out the amounts.
Rabona and its sister casinos are some of the worst casinos out there. Only reason for it not to be a 1 star review is because they will after a LOOOONG time pay you out, and is therefore not a scam casino, even if its very close to one.

Unfaithful site and operation , fake advertisement on the internet for fast pay out , I know many players having issue with withdrawal , some players waited for about a month with no pay out yet of note their accounts are verified , do not play there all Canadian should stop loosing there moneys at those site (Rabona, great win, wazamba,nomini, neon54, same owner) you have zero protection from there licence provider . Play at any casino with Ontario licensing so you be protected . My experience with them was negative , once I won they drop my vip level from level 3 to level 1 so I won’t be able to withdraw more winning moneys daily and this is a scamming technic used by Rabona, update: currently you guys hold winning moneys for my friend for no reason other then delaying for your own reason (user name mahmoudmourad at rabona) also I have something special with evidence against wazamba and I wish I could upload those screen shots.
