Your experience is very unfortunate.
However, we are an optimization software & not just a CDN, they work differently & many times the hosting would stop connection as there the too many request if its a big website.
We surely solve the issue, please mention your support ticket #.
Bad support. No one answers, never
He never answers to the questions, I bought a license and am waiting for support since the last week.
After 7 days the website is not yet optimized and he continues to ignore my help request.
Critical css doesn’t work, the home page is pending for 5 days. Every time you touch the home page, it will go again in queue and you’ll have wait days before the critical css are generated again for the home page, and you can’t prioritize the page, can’t force the queue and it is very useless.
If you have an ecommerce you’ll have to wait weeks before the home page is optimized again. Not true? So Why it is happening to my website? Why the support did not answers to my requests?! Asking for an help is useless here and at the support email, it seems.
Maybe, by reading this review he will answer to my help requests.

Amazing all-in-one WP optimization solution
I was blown away since the first time I tried Rabbit Loader, while initially skeptical, everything was so easy to sign up and install the plugin and then the magic happened. No need for complex settings and optimizations, works very easily and rockets the PageSpeed scores up to 95+ for both mobile and desktop. I now have it installed on all my websites.
And the icing on the cake is that the CPU intensive optimizations are performed on cloud and outside your server to reduce usage of your hosting resources. Their support is also amazing. They are very responsive and ready to assist even if you're using the free plan which is very sufficient for small/middle business websites.
