Ordered nearly two weeks ago due to the site saying 2-3 days delivery as they don't ship from Asia. Still waiting for delivery as it's coming from China. They don't reply to emails. They moderate reviews on their website.

Took much more money from my account than what I the price of the item was. No response from them, when I try to contact them, I get a email saying no person exists under that mail. Also getting a ton of emails from a shipping location in China, giving me a shipping tracking number, when entered it says no package exists and to PAY to locate the missing package. Wish I had checked out the website ( which I will be doing prior to any online purchase in the future ) before throwing my money at scammers. Note: The reviews down the bottom of this site must be fake! There is one on their site stating that they wished they bought a memory card with their product. Coincidence??

If I could review as no stars I would they are shipping from Asia took my money charged more than what it said, no tracking number given and no response to emails. Quick to take your money away though!!! Hoping for the best when I contact my bank that I get a refund, do not trust you'll get either nothing or a fake according to others. Made the mistake of not reading reviews here.

So I ordered from this website on 09/03/16 and I have just received my items today 04/04/16. Even though it stated on the website 'we do not ship from Asia' in bold red writing. It most definetly did come from China. They never replied to any of my 'contact us'/emails. Also, on my items it has a different website address on 'www-r4isdhc-com-cn'. So these items have clearly come from a different company.

State they deliver in 2-3 days, it has been over a week now and nothing has arrived - they don't respond to emails at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a total con and the reviews on the website are clearly all fabricated. I will be getting my money back through PayPal. Look at all the other negative reviews - make sure they do not get any business

4 weeks late!!

Just received my item from China not Ireland. Different item than I ordered and not genuine!! Anyway I have something that I didn't expect to receive and even though it's not the real thing it still works.
Just wish they would answer emails to let you know what's happening!!

I placed an order on the 7th of January 2016 which came to approximately £32 sterling. On my bank statement it showed the charge for £35 plus additional card surcharges so totalling around £39.
I have sent a few emails regarding my order and have had no response which was over a week ago. If nothing is done about this I will be gettiing the local authorities involved .

SCAM!
I have placed an order on this site over a week ago, the site explains that it is shipped from Ireland and would take 2-3 days to arrive. This is complete Rubbish, they send you quite a few emails saying that the order is confirmed & shipped, they also give you a tracking number along side this, proving that the item does not come from ireland but from CHINA as they stated in RED that "we do not ship from asia" I would seriously never recommend this to anyone as it is a scam! and i am still waiting for my order to this date.

Absolute shambles, ordered a card over 2 weeks ago, and still received nothing despite several emails saying product has been shipped. Not sure how about getting a refund yet as I don't often get ripped off. Would never use again and feel a bit of a idiot for not researching the site. Lesson learned I suppose.

They are not based in Ireland as stated, they are based in China. No response to mail, do not use. Bank has been very helpful but I have to wait a prescribed set of days before they will act. It is not classed as fraud because I authorised the payment. Not a lot of money but beside the point. Avoid at all costs. I should have checked reviews first, they weren't the cheapest either but shipping from Ireland sold it to me.

made the mistake of not checking out other sites before purchasing from here or even checking trustpilot first. bought an item from them for £19.99 and ended up getting charged £20.24. they justified extra costs as currency conversion which is total bull, considering they're supposed to be a UK based company. been waiting more than a week, havent received my item. contacted them atleast twice and havent heard anything back. site states it takes 2-3 days for UK and that they dont ship from asia. nothing legit about this site. Fake entries/reviews on here and on their site giving them good reviews. hopefully no one removes or flags this post and it helps prevent people from getting scammed.

I suspect that the three positive reviews are by own company. To say that this company lies is an understatement. Delivery within three days now been waiting two weeks for product. No emails from company and have ignored every communication. I feel as though the £40 I've spent has been scammed from me! Contacting PayPal to get it refunded! Order 6112 - ignore this company it appears to be a fake scam company!

I was actually sent to this site by a friend of mine who's been buying 3ds cards from them for months, quick delivery and their after sales emails are top notch (I had a few questions about setting the card up). Overall I am a very happy customer and glad I came here.

Only negatives were that I forgot to order a memory card with it, but I suppose thats my fault

Fast shipping, can't complain

The website says the company are irish based. It also says 3 days delivery have been waiting 2 weeks and nothing. Sent emails etc so contacted the bank who are refunding

Product ordered took over a week to arrive despite saying otherwise on website. Products are advertised to come from the UK only, more specifically from Ireland and also advertised to be genuine products and products not produced in Asia. Product tracking showed that it was shipped from China and when the product arrived it was from China and was not a genuine product, it was a fake copy of the product. Tried to contact seller but no communication. Disputed the purchase but received not response or resolution
