I purchased a product from them in February 2025. Since then, I got a new computer because my old one died. They would not let me transfer my license and said I would be required to buy a new one. Absolutely garbage customer service

I've been using the R-Wipe & Clean for several years now. The program's interface may not be convenient for everyone, but the ability to find any traces in applications, browsers and the system itself is simply fantastic.

I know several other users of the program. Some of them sometimes stated that Technical Support Team for this product is incompetent. But no one sees this as a problem because there is a forum where you can report any issue and it will be fixed in the next update of the program.

Looking at the company's website, I'm guessing the R-Wipe & Clean is not their flagship product. Perhaps, it's for this reason that the interface and functionality of the program have long been in need of improvement.

But I still really like the R-Wipe & Clean.

R-Tools Technology's RStudio: probably the best data recovery software out there.
Realising I'd inadvertently deleted a sub-folder of some 300 files with no trace in the Recycle Bin, I immediately disconnected the external drive and spent the day researching what software was best to recover them.
Windows File Recovery, Recuva and EaseUS? all of them were unable to recover complete undamaged files. I was about to give-up when I stumbled upon RStudio.
Using RStudio was a breeze. It listed all the files for the drive that could be recovered including - most importantly - the file sizes. All the files looked to be listed complete.
Upon purchase of the key RStudio seamlessly recovered all the files in under 3-hours.
Wife is happy with her cooking files and I'm happy my stupidity was so easily sorted.
RStudio is the only software I used that proved to me beforehand that it could locate the files complete and undamaged providing me the reassurance I needed to go ahead and purchase the key to recover them. No other software came near in that respect.
