Scammer, the laptop was not working at all, and even the letter on the keyboard were not at the correct place. I have then returned the product and guess what they had put stickers on the keyboard to match the correct disposition ! Like really ??
This company sold me a defective refurbished laptop. They took it back for repair in July/24 and until now they dont reply to me, or give me any estimate on the repair, nor give my money back. In the custumer support by phone they literally hang up in your face.
Just don't buy anything from them.
I do not recommend anyone to buy a computer from them. The computer I bought started shutting down automatically after a few months while working, at the beginning I thought it was not a big deal, but when it occurred more often, I decided to contact customer service and inform them about the issue. I was told that they were gonna contact me back. but no one has reached out to me. Now this issue has got bigger, the laptop has shut down more often, more than usual, and now I can not use the computer anymore I just lost my money buying from them I just threw around 400 euros in water.
It was my first and last experience and If anyone wants to avoid such issues stay away from them, and do not waste your time and money on buying garbage.
