I've been using the amazing and bulletproof Samsung Galaxy S9 for over 4 years now but I wanted to change to a newer phone at the end of my contract.
However, the higher-end, S-series Samsung phones are now priced at over £1000! So it was either £1000 upfront or £40 a month on contract (I was paying only £25 per month).
Two years ago, when renewing my contract, I downgraded to a Galaxy A52 (which was the same price as my S9) to keep costs down but it was clunky and awful in comparison so I sold it and stuck to my old S9.
This time, I knew I wanted to go for a higher-end S-series phone however, the prices were prohibitive and they seem to discontinue models after 2 years or so now so I couldn't get an older model for a cheaper price.
I was hesitant about a refurbished phone but realized that might be my only option and after reading Qwikfone's excellent reviews, I took a chance...
I had originally wanted the Galaxy S22 or S23 ultra for screen shape, size and sleekness but couldn't afford them so I found the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra instead which is so similar in appearance and performance and comes in a beautiful copper colour.
I googled the specs/reviews to compare and many were saying it's every bit as good as the S22 (in some areas better) and Quikfone were selling one in "like new" condition for just £340!
I ordered it and it arrived the next day. I've been using it daily now since May (so over 4 months) and I am thrilled with it!
I'm certain this phone has NEVER been used. I am so fussy and notice even the tiniest things and, trust me, it is in perfect, new condition.
Not only that, there were different versions made for the UK and the US and the UK version used a slower processor.
This one is actually the faster, US model so that was an extra, unexpected bonus!
This phone also has a microSD slot to support extra external storage which, for me, was a bonus over the newer S22 and S23 ultra phones as I hate the idea of relying on limited internal memory.
The phone didn't come in its original Samsung box but came with the necessary accessories and was perfectly packaged.
It's possible that the stylus pen might have been changed or replaced as the copper color is ever so slightly different but that may be normal (it's slightly curved against a flat bottom so it's difficult to tell) but even if so, it works perfectly and the phone itself is utterly perfect so I am over the moon with it.
Buy with confidence from Qwikfone and don't pay over the odds for the newest versions. They have stopped selling this spectacular phone on most retail sites now but it was only released in 2020 so it's not that old. It's really just a marketing ploy to get you to buy the overpriced new versions.
This has all current updates and will definitely last me 4 years and I've now been able to switch to a sim-only plan at £10 a month instead of an S22 on contract for £40 a month. Thank you Qwikfone!!

First the product, I bought a Pixel 6A and it arrived in a quality box and I couldn't find a mark on it. It might as well have been in the manufacturer's box but £80 cheaper than new elsewhere.
Second, you find out how good a company is when you have a problem. The delivery by Royal Mail was not the next day service but took 2 days and not straightforward. When I approached QwikFone they immediately apologised and issued me with a £10 refund for my trouble.
Many companies hide behind 'bots' and email addresses so to be able to call a real live person is a real bonus

I discovered them during a TikTok live session. I asked if they could repair my iPhone 11 Pro, and inquired if I could bring it in person. They confirmed that I could, so the very next day, I went to their location. It was a great experience meeting them. They were incredibly professional. Instead of rescheduling, they replaced my phone's screen right then and there. The best part was that I didn't have to wait long; the whole process only took around 40 minutes.
Initially, I hadn't mentioned that I found them through TikTok live. They had promised to take care of the price, but I forgot to inform them when I walked in. The quoted price was standard. However, when I mentioned I had seen them on TikTok live, they remembered their promise and gave me a significant discount.
From now on, whenever I need phone repairs, this is the place I'll go to. I appreciate their assistance and thoughtfulness. Thank you!

Purchased a ‘like new’ iPhone several months ago.
The battery has deteriorated at an appalling rate, running out quickly and with a health of 82%. Comparing this to my wife who purchased a new iPhone at the same time being at 99% still.
They require me to send it in for over a week, having deleted all of my data.
This is far too slow and something that they would not request to repair a battery at Apple.
I would definitely avoid in the future as they are clearly not refurbishing to a high standard.

I've bought two "as new" phones from qwikFone, two years apart. In both cases, "as new" really meant as new. (All I can assume is that some corporate phones sit in storage and never get used). Next day delivery happened and price was competative with other refurbishers. Good, no BS service. I like.

Had good experience with qwikfone previously. However this time bought a refurb pixel 6 for son's birthday. He was excited to open but then on setting up found that it was locked to a work organisation. Qwikfone weren't able to solve over phone or replace so has had to go back for refund and birthday ruined. Why are they not checking this out before sending??

Ordered a Google pixel 6 from Back market. The phone arrived supplied by Qwikphone and had a blocker on its software leaving me unable to login into any of my accounts or download any apps etc. I promptly returned the phone the next day following the return instructions.
It appears that the courier used has now lost the parcel (DHL). I have provided all the evidence that is required to prove I have posted the phone. However to investigate it is being claimed I do not have sufficient evidence despite being reassured by DHL that I have done everything correctly. In addition to providing irrefutable evidence that I have indeed returned the parcel correctly. This Is in he form of numerous screenshots of tracking updates and even photos of the device in the shop showing the parcel has been recieved.
I've now received no communication in 2 days from the company and no refund or compensation is being offered.
At this moment in time I'm nearly £300 pound lighter with no phone.
Would avoid Quikphone and Back market after this experience.

Here's a copy of an email l sent, they haven't answered any of my questions below
1. The volume button on my phone becomes defective through no accidental damage, it has always been extremely well looked after and has no chips or dents or break which would be present if an accident occurred. It has always been in a very secure case and never removed.
2. I call QwickFone and tell them that l can not access my account on their website and hence l do not have any order details, dates or information regarding the order. I give her my postcode and l simply ask her for the order number and ask her to tell me if it is or is not in warranty. I NEVER at any point initially called saying it is in warranty. This would make no sense as the entire reason l called was to ask what date l placed this order and if it was in warranty or not because l did not have this information myself.
3. On this same call your colleague reads out my order date and number which l did not have myself and told me herself that it is under warranty until 29th June 2023. This is the information she provided me. I did not provide her with any order information and it was impossible for me to do so as l did not have any. Hence, the reason for my call in the first place to ask her.
4. You ask me to send you images of the damage which l do so promptly.
5. You respond back stating that it is "accidental damage" and that you will charge £45 for the repair.
6. I respond back stating that you instructed me that the device was in warranty. I explained that no accident has ever occurred to this device and that it has always been extremely well looked after and has no chips or dents or break which would be present if an accident had occurred. It has always been in a very secure case and never removed. I stated that this type of repair is included within your warranty policy.
7. You respond back stating that you accept my response and you wrote "Please note that we will repair this as a goodwill gesture. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your device. Please send the device and we will pass it to our technicians for repair. Please notice the repair can take up to 3 working days."
8. I spend 3 days continuously preparing the phone, deleting and backing up all important data, calls, texts and documents and make sure that the phone is wiped securely from all data.
9. Once the phone is boxed and packed up as you have requested l do, l call just to re-ask the order number to place on the tracking. Your colleague gives it, tells me again that it will be repaired for free as it is in warranty and ends the call.
10. Your colleague calls me back and then says it is not in warranty and that she has made a mistake. She tells me this AFTER l have completed all of the 10 steps we went through above which took me days and countless hours of my time.
11. Your colleague then sends me an email on 26th June 2023 writing "order number #***** has been refunded on July 29th, 2023." How can you have refunded my phone on "July 29th, 2023"? This date does not exist yet.
12. I call back and you state that "refunded on July 29th, 2023." is again, another error by you.
13. You send me an email stating "you called us you mentioned that you have a device that is under warranty". This is a complete lie. I called you as l did not even have this information or order number or date of purchase myself. It was your colleague who gave me the order number and date and instructed me it is in warranty, which is why she sent me an email confirming it. It is your job to check the warranty dates of your own items when customers ask you to.
13. You write "Be assured that there is no confusion on my side". There is clearly mass confusion by the diabolical way this is being handled with your colleagues continuously correcting themselves and changing their minds on warranty dates on a daily basis. As well as providing customers with initial false information.
14. You write that my phone is faulty due to my own fault through "wrong charging practices". Firstly, you have not even explained what these wrong charging practices are that you claim l am doing. I need you to explain this to me and what it is l have exactly done wrong. I have always taken exceptional care of this phone. I plug this in the charger you provided with the cable you provided me. If you claim that this has caused my phone to become faulty as your provided charging cable and charger has caused this defect, l may have to open a legal dispute as my phone has become defective due to it being used with your charging equipment provided. All l do, is simple, l plug the phone in and out of the charger and cable, l can not honestly see what or how l am doing this wrong. You need to explain this in more detail. Furthermore, my issue was that the volume button has become fragmented. That is the only issue with the phone. Charging my phone has nothing to do with it's volume button.
