Bought a Lenovo T460 described as in good condition. First delayed 1, then 2 days due to Quality Control, then it was sent. Laptop has scratches on the bottom and clear usage marks on top. Keyboard has been remapped with stickers blocking keyboard backlit. Harddrive was replaced with a SanDisk X300, a way cheaper drive than original Lenovo (Intel) these computers come with. External battery last about 30 minutes. Screen has been disassebled and is poorly put back together. Hinges are so lose you keep have to correct the angle of it. Internal battery looks horrible scratched. This laptop's real condition should be Bad, at best.
The pre-sales experience was great! Asking for a custom keyboard layout came at not cost (and it was an actual custom keyboard, not some crappy stickers on top of a different layout). Delivery was fast and required signing off (good!), packaging was robust, device was clean (both on the outside, but also on the inside). Once I had the device, I discovered a feature I expected was missing. My bad, because it wasn't in the specs. But their support team helped me find a solution for my issue. While I was a bit reluctant to buy a refurbished computer online... I can only recommend this company - for both service and quality.
