We’ve never come across a more unprofessional dishonourable business than Quran Cube. We are in the process of reporting them to financial ombudsman, the lawyers within our family are currently working on this. I encourage others to follow suit, they are registered under QC Group Limited. In response to Quran Cube's poor response - you have repeatedly ignored my emails, and your mannerisms during email correspondences was extremely unprofessional, an attitude of our products cannot be faulty and the customer is at fault. I did send the first charger in error, and i stand by that, and i repeatedly assured you that was the case, but instead you were busy finding amazon links on chargers claiming thats the one i sent. I'm glad you finally responded, as youve reminded me to pursue this further.

They use such cheap material that you have to be careful with what plug you use to charge the cube. Never known this to be the case with any other item. Battery is very cheap and weak and burns outm when I contacted the sellers they didn't want to help. Very rude and unprofessional. SCAMMERS BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS they didn't offer to replace, repair or refund. They said not there problem that item has stopped working after 4 days

This product is advertised as can be used wirelessly, it absolutely cannot. You charge it fully and it works24hrs wirelessly if that. There is also a random adthan that comes on every night at midnight. The adthan times have to be set manually and as we know adthan times change daily and so it is not practical. This item is not cheap please don't waste your money on it. There is a lot of potential for a product like this but unfortunately this item doesn't not meet the basic criteria.

I'm getting really mad at Quran cube saying that I am a liar .

Yes I Purchased 2 quran cubes and 1 was a replacement cube that I received for the first quran cube that was stuttering.

So yes I Purchased 2 but 3 actually broke in the same way with the battery being faulty.

I did not mention the one quran cube that broke because of the fast charger as I thought it was my own fault and therefore didn't have to mention it.

I MENTIONED only the ones I thought was fair to query because I did infact use the correct charger for .

Why would I query something when I knew I used the incorrect charger?

Because you didn't listen or even try to fix this query you said I lied.
I can see by the other complaints on this platform that there is alot of problems with the Quran cube and the battery.

Allah knows best but stop blaming your customers take accountability.
It really doesn't matter if I Purchased it from one of your agents it still comes from you and you are accountable for an faulty item or atleast the after service.

If you purchase the Quran cube please insist on receiving a charging block so they can be held responsible and not blame the charger which they dont provide.

I am responding to Quran cubes lousy response.

If you read my review it clearly states that I had two Quran cubes which one I DID NOT use a powerful plug.

But because I said I used a powerful plug for the one they would not help me with the second one that broke even though I used the correct charger.

Instead of listening to my query they told me I'm lying .I had 2 quran cubes two different chargers.Both broken

Also I sent a photo of the charger I used and then Quran cube said the charger may be the wrong voltage then what actually is stated on the charger.

Also Your agent that sells your product advised to make contact with you.

BTW take accountability for your product stop blaming your customers.

Purchased 2 Quran pods, 1 stopped working in 3 months, the other in 10 months. Contacted seller as as the item has 1 year warranty, they refused to replace or refund saying my wall socket is the issue and not the Quran pods. Waste of time contacting them! The warranty is just for the sake of selling the product.

Ripping off name of Quran , remote is working rang in few inches not even feet good because of nothing else similar in market , no compilation at the moment

They do great children's Islamic gifts. I've already been gifted a yellow star musical cushion and a blue cloud musical cushion. The quality is amazing. I even sent them an email asking who the Quran reciter was for one of the button features and they replied within a day with the reciter.
