This platform is running a scam. I deposited 20 USDT, and the transaction was fully confirmed and successful on the blockchain (TxID: 0x3bfbb0331bcbcdcb8e33301e7ad0e2e665afc9b491638b6c0aee7697a5fcb5cf). Instead of crediting my account, their support team started stalling and extorting me to pay additional micro-fees (0.0001 BERA).

When I provided clear technical screenshots proving the deposit was successful and that my exchange doesn't allow micro-transactions below limits, they literally threatened me with the message: "BY IGNORING OUR MESSAGES YOU WILL SIMPLY BE DENIED IN SERVICE."

They steal deposits and try to force users to send more money under false pretenses. Avoid this platform at all costs!

I deposited $300 and made a profit of $217 through trading.

When I requested withdrawal, it failed after 24 hours and my account was suddenly blocked without explanation.

Later, I only received $255, but the remaining balance is still unpaid.

Support is not responding properly and closed my ticket without solving the issue.

I am writing an update to my previous review regarding Quotex. My account (ID: 79464712) still has a balance of $2,284, and I have requested a full refund and account closure.
Despite my efforts, I have not received my funds yet. My preferred refund method is via Binance (ID: 896528801). I am sharing this publicly so that other users are aware of the situation and the company takes immediate action to resolve this. I expect a professional response and the successful transfer of my $2,284 as soon as possible.

HiI had an active account on Quotex linked to the email On August 17, 2025, my phone was reset, and I lost access to both the device and the email connected to my Quotex account.
I contacted Quotex support and submitted everything they asked for — including my government-issued ID and a selfie for identity verification.
Despite providing all required documentation, I received an unprofessional response stating that my wallet is “blacklisted” and that I must send a video logging into my Binance account — which is a serious security concern.
Their support provided no proper explanation, no real help, and no option to recover or update my email/account.
