Excellent service and recommended to others looking for PDI or ADI car insurance. I was promised a call back after initially talking over three months ago. This went ahead on schedule and we picked up where we left off and no other broker managed this same simple gesture of Excellent service. I went with Quote for me since price and service where delivered, thank you.

I had as follow up enquiry today for my driving school and spoke to Tara who originally helped with my insurance. As always Tara was extremely pleasant and professional. She goes the extra mile to help you in the best way possible. My first quote was far cheaper than any others I'd received and once again today she has gone above and beyond to help me with my needs.

Spoke to Tara, couldn't have been happier. Found a better deal than anyone else even with lots of extras. Super communication and excellent to deal with, highly recommended especially if dealing with Tara.

I have been using QMT for a couple years now, however the customer service this year stood out by far. I was contacted by Mandy around a month before my renewal, and I had a few issues. Throughout the whole month, Mandy has kept in contact with me, keeping me updated, and has helped me resolve my issues and obtain a renewal for another year. She consistently went out her way to help me, and I wish her the best!

I called quote me today to bring forward my insurance policy date, the lady Tara was so helpful in getting everything sorted out for me.

I had a phone call from Tara yesterday but was driving so she agreed to call me this morning at 9am and she did call on the dot
She was a pleasant lady to talk to and she listened to everything I had to say without trying to rush me as most salespeople do.
So I was very happy getting a quote of her and will probably go ahead next month when I am due for a renewal.

Had the privilege of dealing with Tara White for my insurance renewal. Not only were her phone mannerism very polite and professional but nothing was too much effort for her.

Tara managed to get me a better quote than my previous insurer and also checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Tara deserves a lot of recognition and a pay rise!

Staff are unapologetic liars. I was informed that it is not possible for quotations to take place with current underwriters from my previous brokers, as part of an aggressive sales tactic. This is factually incorrect, as I pointed out that I have several other quotations from other brokers that were able to use my existing company as an underwriter. Staff refused to state that they were misleading, or back down in anyway, which is aggressive. If they act this way on a quote, I would not trust them if I ever had to make a claim.

Tara was relaxed and walked me through the steps i needed to complete my quote and check my policy was correct.
Great service, by a helpful, nothing-is-too-much-trouble lady. Funny too!

Started off very well, Until flaws in there processes quickly appeared. With what seemed no consideration for consumer duty. In correctly advised and left in a worse position then I started. With The company not wanting to take any blame its a good job I have the call recordings. Stay clear as policies are not set up correctly from the outset.

I spoke to Tara White a few times over the past few days. The information she provided was clear and easy to understand. Tara managed to get a better price than my renewal whilst keeping my cover with the same company.

Tara's phone manner is polite and professional and I'd be more than happy to deal with her again next year.

Really helpfull couldent bring my premium down but just so easy just to stay with them
