The quotation on the Confused website was competitive but I wanted to check the type of telematics device that was used so I telephoned and (after a bit of a wait) I spoke with Lucy - she was VERY helpful in explaining it to me and also filled in some of the details missing in the Confused web site - like enhanced breakdown cover and excess protection which both seemed like worth having so I did!!
