I purchased a couple puzzles from them a couple months ago as an Easter present for my parents. Today, my mom started her puzzle and was extremely disappointed to find that her puzzle was not a true 3d. 3D means that it is NOT a flat puzzle. No where in the description does it say the puzzle is flat. Based on the pictures and the name of the puzzle, it is made to sound like a true 3d puzzle. Extremely upset to have paid for a falsified puzzle. 
It's too bad, I was really hoping to have found a new place to get puzzles from as I buy 2 for every holiday for my parents. 
But, I will not buy or support anyone that falsely advertises and mis-leads customers.
I contacted them and all they replied with is "it's in the visual effects category." OK, so put that in the name and description of each "3d" puzzle.

My beloved Mom passed away recently and my 88 year old father is struggling with that terrible loss. I am now his primary caregiver and I got the idea to begin doing puzzles with him, as he and my mom worked on many puzzles together in their 67 years together. As we were getting started, my dad purchased one of these Quordle puzzles and we loved it so much, I went in and purchased 10 more! Their smaller sizes, vibrant colors, and ease of putting them together are perfect for my 88 year old dad with poor eyesight and arthritic fingers.

The 10 puzzles I ordered came in a very timely manner. They were shipped in protective wrapping. Overall, we are thrilled with these amazing puzzles and will be ordering more.

Customer service is fine, and the puzzle is nice looking. However, I only rated the company as 3 stars because of the size of the puzzle. I bought the "medium" puzzle--no measurement is listed, so I thought a good comparison would be a pizza. A medium pizza is 11-14". Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the puzzle was only 8 1/2" in diameter. Also, the pieces are quite small so it made it difficult to remove pieces that were in the wrong place. Again, I like the puzzle, but I wouldn't pay what I did for one that small again.

With postage I paid just under £12. I can live with that as I liked the puzzle, and it has wood pieces. However I would not pay the "full" price for it.

Advertising is misleading because it's always "the final day" of reductions.

Note: They are not 3D, just look that way.

Customer service was extremely rude and I will not be purchasing from them. They need to have some professional development on how to respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Was just wondering how long it takes for delivery

I ordered some puzzles from them they took weeks to get to me and then the driver EVRI who delivered it took a picture and as I got to the door he drove off, no parcel. Wonder where that went!. Then Qordle sent a picture of the driver outside my front door with said parcel. I got in touch with both companies and told them what had happened and neither one of them have got the decency to reply. I am now £38.40 out of pocket and it seems I can do nothing about it. Never give them my money again,

I placed three orders for small puzzles. They are beautiful and fun to do, once you get the hang of them. But one order was for four puzzles and I received two out of four ordered and two duplicates of one of them. That is three identical ones. I complained and asked for replacement or refund and was told I would have to pay for return to China.
A subsequent order contained two duplicates. Only one order was correct. I had paid for unwanted copies and had not received the puzzles I wanted.

I have not received confirmation of my order. Sent an email to customer services but no reply as yet. They have my money, but o have no idea if they will be dispatched by who or when

I’ve never had any physical issue with Quordle when buying the service has never been less than Excellent but I can see that as a Company their Facebook page has always been “Last Chance to buy as closing down” I’m now seeing this on their Website as well so it leaves any buyer confused.
My ask would be simple. So for the last 2.5 years you’ve been telling us your closing down getting rid of your warehouse overstock, at what stage should I never buy for fear of you gong down the pan and stealing my money. Believe me if you do that I would not hesitate to gather people here a Sue the owner for fraud.

With hesitation, I ordered 4 of these. They are small but so cute and fun. They have puzzle shapes with little snimals in it. The Sea turtle obe had animal shapes in the pieces. We truly enjoyed these puzzles. They are also a bit of a challenge. We loved it!

I ordered over $100 of puzzles because my friend had gotten puzzles from them. I never received them. What I did receive is "proof" of delivery photo of my package at someone elses place on my block - too blurry to identify for sure exactly where. The refused to do anything about it. The delivery company they used has one star everywhere and apparently is notorious for losing things and quordle itself required communication evidence with them but guess what? The company they hired does not respond to reports of lost packages at all. I had more than a negative experience because not only did I lose a lot of money but also hours of time writing emails and filling out forms. The first time I messaged quordle they even gave me the wrong shipping number so when I tried to contact the local delivery service it wouldnt even accept my information. -100 out of 5 stars

I ordered three puzzles and they arrived within two weeks. I noticed they had been sitting in Bloomingdale IL for a few days and contacted customer service. The next day my puzzles were on the move. The puzzles are a challenge, it took me two days to put one of them together. It was beautiful.

I ordered several puzzles from them a few years ago when they claimed they would „close“ shop and have „special prices for finale sale“. It was just a ploy, and they still sell at the same prices today. Still, I tried the puzzles and they work great and look pretty. So would I put super high trust in them? No, but at least it wasn’t a complete scam and I still got a working product. Probably with worse material quality than it could be, but in a puzzle, that doesn’t matter too much to me. Thankfully I didn’t need customer support or had problems with delivery.

I purchased 2 of the large stand-up Puzzles for my grandkids. They are beautiful and fun, but do they ever stink! Whew! I told "Quordle Puzzles" about it a month too late for them to do anything about it, so don't make the same mistake I did! We had to set the puzzles outside to air-out but eventually had to throw them in the garbage! 😢

Puzzles are much smaller than described, and arrived from China in damaged boxes. I wrote emails, sent photos and all the customer service I received from them was "we understand your feelings" and "sorry for inconvenience". No doubt the response to this review will be nothing but a show of concern and desire to help if I write to them (again). Quordle puzzles have no regard for buyer rights and from start to finish give misleading statements. I wish I had read reviews before I bought from them. AVOID.

I sent for a puzzle a while back which I was very pleased with. It was beautiful and vibrant. So I sent for another one for my daughter.When we put it together it was very dull. It looked as though their printers were running out of ink. When I sent pictures of this to quordle puzzles they sent this “we saw the photos you posted isn’t this puzzle very normal. Waiting for your reply.” I’ve emailed twice, to receive the same reply.

I left a review 5 days ago, as the company had not responded to my email. They wrote back on here that I was to contact them via email, which I did again. They have still not responded, terrible customer service. Are you going to replace the puzzles with broken boxes????

The commercials are great! I nearly purchased four of the larger ones, but I've been scammed several times from FB commercials, so instead of pushing the purchase button on my cart I thought I would look up the company first. And I'm glad I did.

I love these puzzles. I've purchased 3 times and have loved each one. High quality and fun.
