Just awful. Avoid at all costs
They were due to deliver something same day. It never arrived. Then emailed to say it would be delivered the next day. Again it didn’t arrive. Impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service. They don’t respond to and ignore emails.

The worst delivery service ever .I have received 6 messages over 3 different days saying my item will be delivered before 8pm then at 8.30pm another message comes through saying my parcel couldn’t be delivered today it will be the next day b4 8pm then the same message comes through.I still haven’t received my parcel and the tracking doesn’t show anything.
Company owner is passive aggressive and rude
In the delivery email I had a fixed time slot of 11am-8pm so I waited in all day. It became clear as it got closer to 7pm that the order had not been dispatched. Next to the fixed time slot was an up to date estimated delivery window. It kept increasing until it went beyond 8pm and at one point said the order would be delivered after 11pm. I didn’t know if this was a mistake or if the order would even be delivered and I wanted to go to bed. I then emailed Quiver asking what was going on. This was around 7pm. 5 minutes after I sent the email the order popped up as dispatched and finally showed up with a delivery map, so they only dispatched it after I emailed them. Once the order was delivered I got an email asking to rate the delivery. I rated it as 1 star because it was understandably poor and explained what had happened. Today, the founder of Quiver sent me a very unprofessional passive aggressive email. He cannot take any constructive criticism or feedback. Avoid this company like the plague.

DONT use Quiver delivery! Paid for same day delivery and it never turned up. No email, nothing. Have been calling customer service and no answer. After reading these reviews it looks like a scam!

My next day delivery was not delivered the next day but the day after. Then instead of dropping it to my address they left it in a random shop 10 minutes down the road which I’ve never been to nor have any form of relationship with. I am beyond furious. It was a miracle I managed to get my package after an hour of walking up and down the street trying to match the delivery photo to an address. The support have since ignored me and no longer respond. AVOID

Worst service I ever used. Stay away. Paid for same day delivery, they changed it for next day last minute. Then the day after the time slots where changing every hour. I emailed them. They said they will prioritise my order cause it was a day late.. nope.. 10 o'clock at night and still no show. If u can't deliver same then don't promise and charge for it.

Appalling, nonexistent delivery service
Appalling service, does this company even exist? I ordered a perishable made to order food item (with same-day timed delivery via Quiver). It’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve neither received my order, nor had a response from customer service. All I’ve received are multiple automated tracking emails with updated delivery times/days that come and go with no actual delivery. At this rate I don’t think I’ll ever receive my order. Worse than any delivery company I’ve ever used.

As a customer for some time of Quiver they only promise and never deliver. The service is non-existent and this all comes from the Directors! They do not care about their customers or what effect it has on our business.
Whatever you do I would never recommend this company or its services. One of the directors will talk you around but boy it's all rubbish that comes out of his mouth. DO NOT TRUST!
Late delivery, worse customer service
Couple times had parcels attempted to be delivered by this company, you can be 99% sure it's going to be late and customer service is terrible. Avoid please, they never dignify clients with a response!

You’re probably better off going and picking up the order yourself than paying these incompetent people extra for “same-day delivery”. Lost my parcel and refused to take accountability. Horrible customer service. Avoid like the plague!
